We spent 10 fun filled, adventerous days with Pedro of WalkBorder Tours. Hugo set us up with an itinerary for Lisbon, Porto plus day trips from each city and Pedro knocked it out of the park! Besides the 2 major cities we visited, Evora, Cas-Cais, Sintra, Fatima, Duoro Valley and several more. Pedro helped make everything interesting even if we were dead tired! In fact, he was a big help with a medical emergency we had in Porto... fortunately everything worked out well. Highly recommended... reasonable pricing and lots and lots to see and experience.

I recently completed 8 days of touring throughout Portugal organized by Hugo (owner of Walkborder Tours) and his outstanding local guide, Paula. Hugo's attention to detail in organizing our trip was excellent. He is a great communicator, and is responsive and professional. She is knowledgeable, interesting, fun and very kind. Being with her was like being with a local friend who looked after our every need. I have traveled to 74 countries and have visited all 7 continents and 7 wonders of the modern world, and my experience in Portugal on this trip was one of the best travel experiences I have had. Big thank you to Hugo and to Paula - I highly recommend Walkborder for your travel needs - and I strongly advise that you request Paula as your guide. She speaks English fluently, and is knowledgeable and knows so many inside tips as a local resident who truly cares about her country and wants to make her visitors feel welcome. I hope to return to Portugal one day soon and will definitely use Hugo and Paula again.
