We had an amazing time. Our guide was very helpful and kind, we were staying off the typical pick up site and he was able to both pick us up and drop us back off. The price for these two activities was around $156 for two people, both water & a meal was included with this price! Very much worth the price, we were picked up at 8:30am and were dropped off around 1:00pm. Had a fantastic time!

We had a great experience with this tour. Ivo was a fantastic guide and made sure we saw the most we could in the amount of time we were in port from our cruise. We did the waterfalls, monkey land, and he took us around the city of Puerto Plata. This was so much better than the cruise excursions with a bus full of people. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely book again.

We had the best experience!!! The waterfall was so much fun! The monkey house was probably the best experience the kids have had! It was a great time going through the city and seeing the culture that the downtown area has to offer. Would 20/20 recommend this. The communication was wonderful and everything was so easy

Clean late model van picked us up on time at cruise port ( Puerto Plata DR). Driver/ guide was well spoken, informative and attentive. We enjoyed the activities- fun and informative. Ramayana Falls, Monkey visit, and tour of historic downtown region of the city. An excellent day in Puerto Plata with this excursion company.

Paul picked us up in a comfortable, nice van and drove us to each destination. He also got us cold water bottles knowing the hike to the falls would be a little strenuous. He arranged for our lunch buffet at Damajagua. I really liked having a local looking out for us from place to place. Damajagua was amazing! It was beautiful and so fun. The facility where you get your safety gear was clean and had bathrooms. The guides through the falls were funny and helped us through each step to ensure safety. The monkeys were my family‘s favorite thing! It was such a unique experience to interact with them. They were so cute and tiny and gentle. I am leery of establishments that make money off animals as it’s very easy to exploit the animals. I didn’t investigate deeply, but it seems the monkeys had a nice habitat. They had some beautiful exotic birds that they let you take pictures with, but it occurred to me that those birds must have a subpar life with diminished flying abilities to an appease tourist. Paul took us to some picturesque sites in the city and for my curiosity, I was glad to see it and understand culture a little. However, it is not a very nice city from what I could tell. i’m pretty amazed at the value of this package for the money! Highly recommend!

This excursion was amazing! Our driver/tour guide explained everything clearly and made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. The city tour was very informative, the waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and so much fun, and the monkey experience was definitely a highlight. Everything was well organized and worth it. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

Had a perfect day in the DR with Ivo as our tour guide. We did a combo tour and had little surprises along the way. The tour was just the five people in our party and it was so amazing to have an intimate tour - Ivo was super patient and we never felt rushed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The company was super responsive and everything from communication prior to booking to dropping us off after the tour went very smoothly.
