24 day Ultimate Sth America trip with Trip A Deal from Australia. Valencia and Juan Callado in particular made our 13 days Cusco leg a wonderful experience. Juan was born in Peru and was very knowledgeable about his country, people and culture. Planning daily was exceptional, highly organized and made everything seem faultless. Even the small details like sending passport details onto forward hotels to speed up check in. Birthday cake for people’s birthdays ( taken from passport details, to audio devices ( whispers) for our walking tours. My holiday experience in Peru was made exceptional thanks to our guide, Ruben Soto Vera. From the outset, his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for everyone created a welcoming atmosphere. Ruben’s knowledge of Peru is outstanding. He shared the country’s history and culture with clarity and enthusiasm, enriching every destination we visited. His organisation and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey. The itinerary was well balanced, with a perfect mix of guided experiences and free time. Ruben truly made this trip memorable and rewarding.

The tour was marvellous and to see such ancient sacred sights up close and personal was amazing. Walking the paths of so many previous occupants of the beautiful Andes was a thrill. The tours in their completeness were action packed but worth the effort. Our stops were very informative and our guest speakers spoke amazing English which added to our interests. Our guide Jose was very knowledgeable about the beautifully preserved Inca Sacred valley and Machu Pichu itself. Jose was an extremely polite host and guide, he was very conscious of the varying age gaps of our group and made sure the pace was adjusted to suit all. Thoroughly recommend the package trip adventure and learning awaits you.

We had a wonderful trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu, our tour guide named Claudio Cesar Andia Paz from Valencia Travel Agency provided us with excellent service. Claudio is a warm, friendly, also very experienced & knowledgeable tour guide, he took care of us in every aspects. I want to mention that Claudio had tried his best to help us out when he found out we couldn't locate our baggage at Lima airport & thankfully we finally found out it had been transferred incorrectly to Cusco instead of Lima airport. Valerie & I personally want to thank Claudio, from Valencia Travel Cusco, for the way he treated us and our whole 32 people group and how brought us all together as a “family” and that we also have stayed a family since we left his tour, as the long lasting friendships we forged while with him was amazing. WOW - awesome - sensational stuff. We did this Machu Picchu tour as part of an overall 5-week package with Trip-a-Deal and the Peru section, including Machu Picchu, was managed by VALENCIA TRAVEL CUSCO. I would thoroughly recommend Valencia Travel in Peru. Our main guide from Valencia Travel was Claudio Andia and he also had several other colleagues with him to assist with pick ups, bus drivers and other guides because our group was quite large (32 people) Claudio got our whole group together on the very first night, and he created a "FAMILY" out of us all which was reinforced through a What's App chat group that Claudio set up for us. I think this also made the entire trip more enjoyable, so much so that we carried that FAMILY group on for the rest of out trip - another 4 weeks through South America and Antarctica. I can't thank you enough Claudio and Valencia Travel and Trip a Deal for creating such a fantastic Family Group Dynamic.
