They offer customized service and take care of every aspect in the tour. I asked for extra day in cusco to acclimate plateau. The hotel/pickup/transfer/ticketing service are smoothing the journey since it is troublesome to arrange by myself.
Both my wife and I enjoyed the 6 Day best of Peru excursion. It was well organized by Machupicchu Latin America. The guides were very helpful to make the Tour a ones of a Lifetime experience.
Dear Walter, Thank you so much for your time and sharing your feedback. We are absolutely happy that you and your wife had a once-of-a-lifetime experience on our 6-Day Best of Peru: Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Lake Titicaca Tour. It was an honor hosting you across the Andes! We are glad you enjoyed uncovering the history of Pisac and Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, witnessing the magic of Machu Picchu, and cruising across the highest navigable lake in the world to meet the communities of Uros and Taquile Islands. Taking the scenic Sun Route bus ride to Puno is truly the best way to see the changing landscape. Thank you for trusting our team to organize this grand adventure, and thank you for traveling with a Peruvian local operator. Warm regards, The @MachupicchuLatinAmerica Family
When I booked I was not sure how it will be but our experience was fantastic. Everything was extremely smooth and hassle free. We just enjoyed our time and saw all lovely places . The tour operator took care of everything really well, thank you.
Peru was fantastic! Spectacular scenery, beautiful people, delicious food. MexECO Tours provided an exceptional travel experience for us from start to finish. Our travel guru, Miguel, tended diligently to the logistics that such a trip entails. Our local guide, Edwin, was well versed in the Peruvian culture and history, and he was a very personable guide. This was my fourth trip within as many years with MexECO Tours. MexECO Tours you did not disappoint!
Communication was responsive before and during the tour. Lodging was appropriately rated three star. Provided upgrades when requested. Pickups were well coordinated and timely. Guides were knowledgeable and passionate about tour stops. Itinerary was packed with interesting locations.
Mystic Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca will leave a long lasting impression on you. Well presented by excellent guides. Non professional handling by bus company when bus broke down near Puno.
Dear Jochen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so glad that the beauty of Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca left a lasting impression on you and that you enjoyed the expertise of our guides. However, we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the bus breakdown near Puno. While mechanical issues are sometimes unavoidable, the way they are handled is within our control, and we are addressing this with the bus provider to ensure better support in the future. We appreciate your 4-star rating and hope to provide a truly 5-star experience on your next visit. Best wishes @MachupicchuLatinAmerica team!!!
The experience was amazing. Our tour guide Luis spoke so many languages and was very knowledgeable. He went at our pace, and took all of our photos perfectly. Everything he recommended was great and the customer service and punctuality was 100%. Our driver was Fredi; he was very seeet going easy around the curves since I get a bit nervous in the mountains. He stopped when we needed and was very punctual. I highly recommend this tour!
I had a lot of fun discovering matchu pitchu. We slept with a family at Lake Titicaca and enjoyed their cultivation at 3800m altitude. this cleaned not easy but I recommend.
You only need to pack an overnight bag for the night stay in Machu Picchu. Leave the rest of luggage in hotel. Unfortunately we were not advised of this. So we lugged all our luggage to MP which was cumbersome and not necessary. We were asked to pay S/18 for each bag. And this was a stressful. Otherwise, all the guides were fantastic.
We loved the 6-day “Best of Peru” tour! Highlights were learning about Inca culture, the train to Machu Picchu, visiting an alpaca farm, and taking a dip in Lake Titicaca. The tour was well organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and attentive. When a train ticket issue came up, it was resolved immediately with an upgrade.
