This was the worst travel experience I've ever booked. First, despite having been in direct communication with the tour operator just hours before the tour was scheduled to begin, he did not inform us that the tour was canceled due to low water levels. Instead, he had a driver pick us up at our hotel in Manaus and informed us that we "had to" sign off on a new 3-day tour. We were then brought to a filthy remote lodge and were told that we "had to" stay there for the duration. In other words, we were dumped there with no way to return to Manaus despite disgusting bathrooms, dirty sheets, no towels, no mosquito netting, poor AC, and a "tour" that consisted of being stuck at the lodge for two nights and sleeping in the jungle one night. Avoid this tour operator at all costs!

The tour was better than we expected. The agency was great, they talked with us using the chat of their website first, via mail and whatsapp later. The experience worth the cost, that wasn't so expensive at all. Next time I will surely contact them first for a trip!
