6 Stunden Jakarta Private City Tour - (Orte, die man gesehen haben muss)

Bryan is very professional. Bryan and the driver are very good. We are happy to join the tour. We learned so much and it is so nice that it is only 4 of us. The car was comfortable, We got to see what we want to see. I will highly recommend people to join this tour. Also, there is no hard sale. We have fun.

The guide never arrived, and the tour company, Holiday Jakarta City Tour, NEVER contacted me, even after MULTIPLE contacts from me. They didn't even contact me to apologize. In all of my years of booking through Viator, I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. I hope Viator removes them from their platform. I expected a day of travel experiencing the beauty and sites of Jakarta. Instead my day was ruined.

This started off as a horrible experience due to the fact that his was NOT a private tour as we would have interpreted it. It should have been just us and we only found by communicating with the local office the day before to reconfirm pick up time and location at the port. We booked it back in October and at no time were we ever told another couple would be joining us. The local company looks at anywhere between 1-4 people is private. Not our interpretation!!! Otherwise the tour was very good and guide and driver excellent and would have given it a 5 except for the disappointing set up as not receiving the Private tour we paid for!! A word to the be very careful when booking a “private” tour in this part of the world. Visitor needs to be aware!!!

We did visit the must see places in Jakarta. The driver negotiated the traffic and with short walks we got from drop off to pickup points easily. The History Museum has many empty displays. The Mosque had an event so we were not able to full take in that experience. The cathedral also had mass so we could have waited 20-30 minutes to enter but the group chose to bypass. A nice lunch break and then we completed a bypass tour of the city.

First time in Indonesia and only one day free - the best thing you can do is book this private tour ! Andi is so nice and friendly and a great guide - I learned so much from him and really enjoyed the whole tour. The setup with your own guide in a cool nice car where you see the main sights of Jakarta in a really comfortable way and as a plus a really nice lunch is included. This tour is 5-star luxury tour and I strongly recommend it - I had a great day ! Thank you Andi !

My daughter and I wanted to spend 2 days in Jakarta before getting our next flight home. We found this trip on TripAdvisor and it was easy to book. Andi was our guide and he picked us up from our hotel lobby. We first went to the old city and museum. Andi also showed us the typical Dutch architecture and the canals that were made by the Dutch. The visits to the mosque and the cathedral were impressive as well. A lovely lunch with 3 signature dishes was included. Andi was a lovely guide and our conversations were relaxed and interesting. We also drove through the financial district with the skyscrapers and toured through the district with impressive mansions of consulate officials. Here was also the Dutch influence recognisable. Andi gave us some tips for the next day and dropped us off at the lobby of our hotel again. It was a fantastic day.

This Tour was really good!! We saw the most important places here and Andi also suggest me some other places for the next days. After Andi picked me up we drove to the different places. On the way he explained me many things about Jakarta and Indonesia. Whe we arrived at all those places, he also took some good pictures for me. All in all it was a good tour, and I'm happy that I chosen this one! High recommended especially with Andi!! Markus
