Loved our experience, we got to enjoy a lot in 12+ hours, my kids loved it. Our tour guide Viridiana, Carlos, Yeri and Juan the driver were awesome. Will definitely recommend this excursion to anyone. We had lots of fun exploring this beautiful part of Mexico.
Great staff and communication with exceptional English. Bus was newer as well with charging ports. We had Carlos as our guide and he was amazing. Was able to answer all our questions and is a funny genuine guy overall. They were super clear about what was going on which was great. You really do get a lot for the price and I highly recommend! We had a great time :)
The tour lasted about 14 hours in total, which is great! You get to experience a lot for what you pay for. Almost everyone spoke Spanish so the tour guide did most of his talking in Spanish, which made that a little difficult to understand the information.
The places we visited were great. However I was disappointed with the tour guide both inside the coach & outside. Even though I had mentioned we are English speaking, majority of the announcements & information was in Spanish. We then raised it with the tour guide & he then started translating in broken sentences which did not make sense as a whole sentence. Disappointed on this. We had already informed that we were vegetarian. The snacks/mini breakfast was served on the coach but there was nothing for vegetarians. Lunch had salad & pasta & rest all Mexican food was non veg. Transport to destination is shared between various coaches which wasted almost one hour to wait & change coaches
Family trip with a couple and a 4-year-old child. Exhausting tour, as there are several attractions that have bus transportation, but it was well worth it. A downtime on the go with the closure of the Chichen Itza, but in the end, thanks to God we were able to enter, so it was the first attraction, super friendly guides Viri and another that I do not remember the name directing us and passing all necessary information. Have had drinks all day long, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, The Cenotes are amazing and Valladolid has a charm that gave to enjoy as well. We left the hotel 7 and returned at 22 hours, but it was very worth it, I recommend.
The guides and drivers were fantastic. However, The TripAdvisor site for the tour is DECEPTIVE!! I had wanted to book a tour that would allow us to explore Valladolid a bit. The only tour that appeared to give us enough time to explore Valladolid was this tour. The TripAdvisor web site shows the Valladolid stop to be 3 hours in length and states “Stop: 3 hours.” (See attachment.) Stop means that you are not traveling. Unfortunately, the 3 hours included travel time so we only stopped there for 20 minutes. This was very disappointing because but for this language on TripAdvisor, I would have booked a less expensive tour! I am an attorney and will be filing a claim for tour costs and taxes once I return to Iowa.
2 hours wait after pickup. Old van with no views, legs stuck, no tour guide in bus. Only 1.25 hours for attractions. 2 hours for emporium sales
The person responsible for my booking, Josmar Line, picked me up at my hotel and everything was smooth from the beginning. The actual tour was operated by another company called BK Mayan, and overall I had a really good experience. This is definitely a full-day tour, around 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and it is very fast-paced. But honestly, that makes sense because you visit a lot of places in just one day, and everything is far from Cancun. You even go to another state and the time zone changes, so it gives you an idea of how much distance is covered. There were drinks included during the day like juice, water, and beer, plus a sandwich in the morning and bread in the afternoon, which was nice. It was very hot all day, and Chichén Itzá was especially intense because of the sun, but they gave us umbrellas for protection, which helped a lot. It is true that the tour is rushed. We had about 45 minutes at each cenote (2), around 1 hour 40 minutes at Chichén Itzá, and about 1 hour 15 minutes for lunch buffet with Maya people, plus 25min in Valladolid. You also need to be prepared to change clothes on the bus before arriving at some stops, YES be prepared. So this is not a relaxed tour at all. That said, for me it was worth the adventure. I liked it a lot and was happy to see so many beautiful places in one day. I would recommend it for adults who want to experience a lot in a short time. For people who prefer a slower and more relaxing excursion, this is not the best option. I also would not recommend it for kids because it is a long, hot, and intense day. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot and thought it was a AMAZING experience.
Service, attention , assistance , communication and seriousness 100% recommended.
The journey took 15 hours instead of 12. We were on the bus for 10 hours. The event was partly a sales campaign: Before reaching the destination, you will be guided through various shops. In addition, a man came on the bus and tried to sell drinks – a total waste of time. In the beginning, cash was collected for alleged taxes. When asked why these were not included in the price, we only got the answer: “That’s how it is with us.” The bus was only 18 degrees, which was very cold compared to the outside temperature. Many sat there with their own towels. I was refused to raise the temperature on the grounds that the windows would otherwise mist. In Chichén Itzá we had only 45 minutes – far too little for a visit to this World Heritage Site. Of these, about 30 minutes were spent on the tour, leaving hardly any time to look around. Overall everything was a quick run with a lot of time on the bus. The food was rather disappointing – obviously, savings were also made here. Drinks had to be paid extra, for example a bottle of mineral water cost €4. Surprisingly, many guests still found the ride good. However, we were the only ones from Germany – perhaps different expectations or cultural differences play a role here. However, the places visited in themselves were beautiful.
