5 Tage Nilkreuzfahrt von Luxor nach Assuan inklusive Heißluftballon & Abu Simbel

Generally it was a good experience, good organization and good itinerary to explore Luxor/Aswan with great tour guide Gamal, who was very knowledgeable and kind to take us pictures. Only problem was on the final day for drop off to our hotel. Our hotel was out of limits and we were informed by the agency one day before, making us run to look for transportation which is something that could have been prevented if the agency let us know in advance. This being said, the tour guide Gamal was very good. He tried his hardest to find a transportation solution for us. Overall it was a good experience, only problem was communication for the hotel drop off.

Excellent tour, well organized and punctual - it's not fast paced, with most activities during first part of the day. You can chill out on the second part of the day or do some optional activities. Boat and cabin were excellent, food was exceptionally good and crew very attentive. Out guide, Gamal, was excellent with great knowledge of Egyptian history. He is also very kind, nothing is too much trouble for him ! Book this tour, you will love it !

It was a very pleasant journey and one that I would repeat again. The rooms on board were very clean, comfortable with good food and excellent serivce on board. Beyond that the add on packages like the hot air balloon and the trip to Abu Simbel were both very well organised and have left lasting impressions. A special call-out to our guide Gamal who made the whole experience come alive for us at every place by explaining every scene and patiently answering all our questions. He also accompanied us one on one in Luxor after the trip for 2 days where we visited locations like Temple of Dendaraa and other sites on West Bank that were not part of the tour package.

Our guide Gamal was really good, he had a great knowledge about everything we visited, organized the practical things very well, was very reachable and he really listened to us and took into account our wishes. The cruise was amazing, so was the trip with the balloon. We were only a bit disappointed by the agency itself because they asked us the day before the tour would start if we wanted to upgrade our group tour into a private tour for 100 US dollars. We said we were ok with a group tour so no, and then it turned out we were the only participants anyway in that tour, so it felt like they just tried to make some extra money of us.

It was a wonderful trip. ! Our guide Gamal is very kind! He is like a history teacher and is very knowledgeable about Egyptian history. Thanks to him, I felt very safe on this trip. Traveling to Egypt 🇪🇬 is more fun than I imagined. I believe I will come to Egypt again! Thanks anyway 😂

We are just finishing a wonderful cruise on the Royal adventure. I've enjoyed every meal, the beds are comfortable and the staff lovely. Our guide Gamal was superb too Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I booked this wonderful cruise as it seemed the best option to explore the Ancient Egyptian sites between Luxor and Aswan - from Karnak and Luxor Temples, all the way south to Abu Simbel. Every morning we left early with our guide Gamal and our arranged transport, to go to different sites, and we were dropped back on time for lunch. The afternoon was free for relaxation or for additional activities suggested by our guide when possible - we chose to spend the days relaxing by the pool, or walking around by ourselves, but it was nice to have the option to do something. About our guide Gamal - he gave us valuable insights and answered every question we had about the Ancient Egyptians and what we saw in the sites (even the obscure questions!!!) with plausible and amusing explanation. We even discussed new theories, and I could really see how passionate he is on the topic. I totally recommend him! About the cruise - everyone was very polite and respectful, always there to assist. The room was quite spacious. The food variety was well-suited for carnivores or vegetatians - many kinds of salads, cooked veggies, pasta, rice, beans, meat and seafood, even ostrich for dinner once! In addition there were thematic parties twice for those willing to dance. A great experience overall and I can recommend booking it if you decide to explore this part of the world.

We had such an amazing time in Egypt, and months later, we are still talking about it. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide, Ayman, was actually from Aswan and it was incredible to see all the local places and learn about the ancient, and current cultures. We went to places and learned things would never have experienced had we tried to do the trip solo. Also, a lot of friends have asked me about this so I'll say it here, Egypt was VERY SAFE. Even the time we spent in Cairo, we never felt uneasy. There are even laws protecting tourists, which I've never heard of before. Such an amazing adventure and highly, HIGHLY recommended.
