5. Tag – Hluhluwe-, Isimangaliso- und Drakensberg-Safari ab Durban

Our family had a great 5 day tour to Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve, Isimangaliso Wetlands Park and Drakensberg Mountains. The tour included game safaris, boat cruise and hiking.

I would like to share my extremely dissatisfactory experience with your tour company and express my dismay over the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed. Recently, I booked a tour with your company and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the tour was never conducted, and despite several attempts on my part to contact you for an explanation or to arrange a refund, your company remained unreachable and ignored all communication. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that your company took the money and then simply disappeared without delivering the booked service or responding adequately to my inquiries. This behavior is unacceptable and leaves me with an extremely negative impression of your company. I strongly advise all potential customers against availing services from your company, as they are evidently either incapable or unwilling to fulfill their obligations. I will also share my experience in the form of a negative review on various platforms to warn other potential customers of similar disappointments.

We found this company online, they confirmed the program and price for us. After we transferred the money, our problems began: the program, accommodation, and even meals were changed to the worst conditions! After our attempts to either get the paid program or get our money back, they cut off contact with us! The tour never took place, the money is gone, and our vacation is ruined!!!

Be careful! African Sun Safaris are scammers! We booked and paid for the tour directly. The tour never took place and the provider blocked us via WhatsApp and we received no response via email! Money is gone, vacation ruined! How is it even possible that something like this is marketed via Tripadvisor and Viator!
