Die Erfahrung dauert 5 Stunden, sie werden wie folgt aufgeteilt: ERSTER TEIL: POMPEJI: 2 Stunden Tour durch Pompeji. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Schönheiten von Pompeji zu besuchen und zu sehen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zurückkehren zu müssen. Sie überspringen die langen Schlangen am Eingang, da Sie bereits die Skip-the-Line zur Hand haben. Der bevorzugte Einlass macht Ihren Besuch stressfreier und Sie haben die Möglichkeit, schnell die Eintrittskarte zu kaufen und in die Zeit von 79 n. Chr. Zurückzugehen. ZWEITER TEIL: 1 Stunde Freizeit. Am Ende der Tour werden Sie zum Bahnhof oder zu Ihrem Auto gebracht und erhalten die notwendigen Informationen, um zum Gelände von Herculaneum zu gelangen. Sie werden nicht das Gefühl haben, allein zu sein, Ihnen wird immer geholfen. TEIL DREI: 2 Stunden Tour durch Herculaneum.

Am Ende des Besuchs in Pompeji haben Sie Zeit, die archäologische Stätte von Herculaneum mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Sie werden zum Zug begleitet und beim Kauf des Tickets für Herculaneum unterstützt. Eintrittskarten sind nicht inbegriffen, aber dank des Tickets ohne Anstehen können Sie sie schnell vor Ort kaufen. Besuch des Archäologischen Parks von Herculaneum.

We highly recommend her tour. Eliana is a PhD archaeologist who specializes in ancient Roman history and works on-site in Pompeii, so she gave us a wonderful view of all the work that is being done and its historical context—they have projects planned out for decades! Note that we were a tough crowd, a family group comprised of hard-core ancient history nerds + a kid with special needs who was as interested in petting the many cats of Pompeii & Herculaneum as in checking out the history! Eliana handled us all with poise & aplomb, pivoting from the minutiae most of us were interested in, to other, more kid-friendly, topics as they came up. Pompeii + Herculaneum is a LOT to take in in one day, particularly in the blazing summer heat, but the climate is dry, so a hat and umbrella make it work and it is worth the effort, with Herculaneum a much smaller site and very different setting from Pompeii. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time with Eliana. She's very knowledgeable about Pompeii and Herculaneum, and also kind and fun. In addition to leading private tours for four of us, she helped us arrange a private driver for the day, and the same driver to our Airbnb in Positano from Naples, and then back again. She also gave us a tour of the Naples archeological museum, taking us around to the most interesting exhibits for two hours. And then she recommended her favorite restaurant for pasta right near the museum (Bechamel). We learned so much more about the history of the people and the area than we would have on our own.

She works on one of the biggest excavations in Pompeii and has an absolute passion for her job and explaining the context of the sites to visitors.
