- Wenn Ihr Flug verspätet oder storniert wird und Sie nicht rechtzeitig nach Puerto Ayora gelangen können, um das letzte Schnellboot zur Insel Isabela zu fahren, das um 14:00 Uhr abfährt, hilft Ihnen das Team bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft auf der Insel Santa Cruz eigene Kosten. Sie werden die geplanten Aktivitäten vermissen.
- Sie werden während des gesamten Programms einen Guide haben, außer auf den Booten zwischen den Inseln.
- Bitte bringen Sie kleine Taschen und Gepäck mit. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel von Galapagos sind im Durchschnitt klein und es kostet mehr Zeit und Platz, wenn Sie großes Gepäck mitbringen.
- Leitungswasser auf den Galapagos-Inseln kann Bakterien enthalten und sollte nicht verbraucht werden, auch nicht zum Zähneputzen. Flaschenwasser oder gereinigtes Wasser wird immer empfohlen.
- Informieren Sie sich bei Reisen in tropische Länder über die Lebensmittelsicherheit. Treffen Sie die notwendigen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, um eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zu vermeiden (Waschen Sie sich vor dem Essen immer die Hände, essen Sie nicht "Street Food", essen Sie nur geschälte Früchte usw.)

We loved the tours with our family with Rebecca Adventure Travel on Isla Isabela, Galapagos Islands! It was very well organised. We did a kayak tour, a snorkelling tour, a bike tour and much more! We saw Blue footed boobies, sealions, turtoises, sharks, Iguanas en many more! The contact with the organisation was perfect! The were there at any moment via WhatsApp! Great trip! Snorkeling was amazing. All the guides were excellent and spoke English very well. Everything was handled very smoothly. My only regret was not spending a longer time on vacation in the Galapagos Islands.

The tour was expensive with relatively few daily activities (some days none at all). My main concern was the extremely poor organization of the tour itself. The agent Rebecca Adventure simply books tours that are available locally at any agent on the Galapagos island. The actual tours were fine. We had issues with the hotel bookings (very poor standard), luggage transfer, both boat trips, and transfer to airport. This poor organization was also shared with the small group of other travellers that overlapped with me on these days. The communication with the agent was sub-optimal. Am available to share more in private but overall this is not an agency I would choose or interact with in the future.

The problem with the Santa Cruz hotel was solved and we will refund you for the night you stay there (we will contact you internally), the second night you were changed to other hotel and we offered you an apologize dinner and a bottle of wine in our behalf. A friend and I visited the Galapagos Islands (two of them) with Rebecca Travel and had a wonderful time. The snorkeling was amazing, the accommodations were great, and the sites and the animals were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this destination and Rebecca Travel.

Almost perfect. I give this 4 and not 5 only because we were sold a “5 day” tour where we were encouraged to book an afternoon flight on the last day to ensure we didn’t miss any activities, however, even though we did this (which cost more) and booked a flight at 3.20pm, we just went straight to the airport that day, we did not go to see the crater as promised and this annoyed us a lot. Otherwise, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Ricardo our coordinator on Isabella was brilliant (although I don’t think he worked for Rebecca Adventure Travel) and Laura on Santa Cruz was great as she came to check on us which was super helpful because our coordinator there, Tayo, hadn’t told us what time to meet the next day. We booked the budget option and were surprised by the high quality of the hotels- really nice! The tours were fantastic! We had the best 3 days of our life (it’s really a 3 day tour) and it was much easier to book through Rebecca Adventure Travel (communication with the office was very efficient) than try to do it all ourselves. I highly recommend booking through them!
