Such an incredible experience. Alessandro is such a kind and talented person, very thorough with instructions and very knowledgeable in the history of every ingredient and recipe you’ll make. My partner and I had the most wonderful time and highly recommend meeting Alessandro to anyone!

This was one of the best cooking classes I've been too. Food was good, caipirinha was good and chef Alessandro the best! From shopping at the supermarket and getting fresh fish in the habour ... i just loved it!
Thank you for the kind words. We are delighted Alessandro made the class such a standout experience, from shopping to the fresh fish and the caipirinha 🍹 Cheers, Maira from Cook in Fiesta
An incredible evening - great for gringos and locals. Great conversation and there is a great ease to how the evening flows. So easy you’ll miss how much work and effort goes into the preparation of the night, professional and welcoming.. All this to say, with a few caipirinhas and a delicious meal and good company. It’s a terrific experience
This review captures the feeling of the night so well. When it flows effortlessly but you still sense the care behind it — that’s exactly the goal. So glad it came through. 🍹 Cheers! Maira from Cook in Fiesta
