- Gewichtsbeschränkungen : Bei Buchungen mit einem Gewicht von mindestens 230 kg, einem Gesamtgewicht von mindestens 2 Personen oder bei Gruppen von mindestens 3 Personen muss zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung ein Zusätzlicher Sitzplatz erworben werden. Jeder Passagier über 250 Pfund, unabhängig vom Gesamtgewicht, muss einen Komfortsitz kaufen. Dies dient der Sicherheit und dem Komfort aller Passagiere an Bord.
- NUR IHR HANDY IST AN BORD ERLAUBT. KEINE ANDERE KAMERAVORRICHTUNG IST ERLAUBT! Air Maui wird ein Lanyard für das Handy der Passagiere zur Verfügung stellen, das während des Fluges jederzeit um den Hals getragen wird. Passagiere müssen während des Fluges immer eine Hand am Telefon haben. Air Maui ist nicht verantwortlich, wenn Sie Ihr Telefon verlieren.
- Kinder müssen mindestens 10 Jahre alt sein, um an die Tür zu gehen. Ein Erwachsener muss jeden begleiten, der 10 - 18 Jahre alt ist. Nur ab 16 Jahren kann auf einem Rand/Außensitz Platz genommen werden.
- Hüte, Taschen, Sonnenbrillen oder lose Gegenstände sind nicht erlaubt. Wir bieten eine Brille, die Sie tragen müssen. Wenn Sie eine Brille haben, die in Ordnung ist, tragen Sie bitte das kleinste Paar oder Kontakte, da sie unter die Brille gehen muss.
- Muss geschlossene Zehenschuhe oder Sandalen tragen, die sich an den Knöcheln befestigen. Keine Flipflops oder Dias.
- Lange Haare müssen in einem Brötchen oder Zopf gebunden werden.
- Air Maui wird jedem Passagier eine Windschutzjacke zur Verfügung stellen, die alle Passagiere während des Fluges tragen können.
- Stornierungsbedingungen : Keine Rückerstattung oder Umbuchung innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Flugdauer. Für Gruppen ab 12 Tagen ist eine Vorankündigung erforderlich.
- Alle Passagiernamen und Gewichte MÜSSEN bei der Buchung angegeben werden. Unter Darstellung des Körpergewichts kann zu einer Stornierung beim Check-in ohne Rückerstattung führen.
- Nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Es gibt keinen Rollstuhllift zur Unterbringung von Rollstuhlpassagieren und das Personal kann Personen nicht persönlich/physisch in den Hubschrauber begleiten
- Hubschrauber ist eine gemeinsame Hütte mit 6 Passagieren und einem Piloten auf jedem Flug.
- Nichts in den Taschen. Gegebenenfalls halten wir Autoschlüssel im Büro bereit, während Sie fliegen.
- Kunden müssen das Parken mit dem QR-Code am Eingang des Heliports bezahlen. Wir haben den QR-Code auch in unserem Büro. NUR KREDITKARTE.
- Flugrouten & Sehenswürdigkeiten können wetterbedingt variieren.

It’s a must do. Breathtaking views and the doors off was amazing. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and had great stories to tell. Highly recommend
This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!
This was one of the most amazing excursions I have ever been on. We saw the most amazing landscape that can only be seen via helicopter. The pilot was awesome and all the ladies in the office were amazing.
This was an amazing experience! Better than we could have possibly imagined. From start to finish our pilot Cameron made us feel safe and was a superb guide as well as a pilot. He narrated the entire flight and was super knowledgeable. We would absolutely do it again!

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad we booked the doors off tour. We were extremely blessed with perfect weather, a double rainbow, and all waterfalls flowing. The views are truly stunning. The helicopter was a thrill to ride in and my 9 year old felt a lot more comfortable with a seat right next to the pilot.

The communication was outstanding from start to finish, from registration through the pre-flight instructions. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and organized, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved the doors-off flight. Our pilot, Kirk, was knowledgeable, informative, and made the ride both enjoyable and comfortable. Most of all, the views were simply breathtaking—far beyond what we could have imagined. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and an excursion we'll never forget. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure!

This was the best excursion, and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny, and it was my favorite part of the whole trip. You will see waterfalls and views that you can only see from a helicopter or plane.

First time ever in a helicopter AND with no doors haha. The crew (front desk to the pilot) were very friendly and explained all the details to make the process very smooth. The views were jaw dropping and absolutely breathtaking. Highly, highly recommend taking the tour with Air Maui

We loved this helicopter tour! Pilot Richie was great and very entertaining, and it was a smooth flight. The views of Molokai are incredible. The Doors Off flight gets a bit chilly, but the jackets they give you to wear were sufficient. I would suggest wearing pants or leggings if you get cold easily and plan to sit on the outside edge. Also, I have very long, fine hair and, even though I braided it, it was very tangled where it pulled out around the headset, all along the crown of my head. I would suggest maybe a very tight, gelled French braid or, if is allowed, a wide stretchy headband as well as a braid. Overall, one of our top experiences in Maui!
