4-tägige Tour durch Iquitos, Peru

Excellent tour! The flora and fauna experience was legendary. Amazing adventure, and educational experience. Aldo is an expert guide. So much fun!

We booked the 4-day tour relatively spontaneously. Our guide was Jorge, who is truly fantastic. He speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about the jungle, as he grew up in it. We had a private tour for two, and he made a great effort to show us as much as possible. We saw various wildlife in nature, including pygmy marmosets (the smallest monkeys in the world), tarantulas, and giant ants. A little less wild (but still) he also took us to see a sloth and two anacondas, which we were allowed to touch (or "hold"). For me personally, the trees were even more impressive. The organization was also good overall. Communication with Peru Jungle Trips worked, but occasionally some information was lost. The pickup at the hotel and the journey by boat (or two boats) to the lodge went smoothly. On the way back, we improvised a bit since we had to return earlier. That worked out as well, but it could have been a bit smoother. The lodge was more luxurious than we expected. It is worth highlighting that our "bungalow" was completely mosquito-proof, so we were not bitten even without an extra mosquito net around the bed - at least not in the room. Outside, there are some mosquitoes. The food could have been a bit more generous and varied. For the organization and accommodation, I would give 4 out of 5 stars, but Jorge was so fantastic that he deserves 6 - so overall, it is 5 stars. Definitely recommended!

Although I ultimately could not take the tour, I wanted to highlight the excellent attention from the entire team from the very beginning. They always responded quickly, with great kindness and willingness to help me with everything I needed. When I had to cancel the trip at the last moment, the treatment remained equally human and professional. It is clear that they work with great seriousness and that they truly care about their clients' experience. I was left wanting to experience it, and I hope to have the opportunity to take the tour with them in the future when I return to Peru. I definitely recommend them for their human quality and impeccable attention.

Incredible experience in the Amazon rainforest. - Good communication with the agency, which resolved all my doubts before booking. - José picked me up on time from the airport and the hotel. Nina accompanied me to explore Iquitos, and in its market, she explained all the products available; I was impressed with everything I saw. - The best part of the tour was the stay at the lodge and the excursions in the jungle. Carlos, THANK YOU for being such a wonderful guide (and person)! 4 days exploring, spotting animals, and resting at the lodge. I went alone and felt very cared for and attended to. Carlos did everything possible to spot as much wildlife as possible. I was able to see anteaters, sloths, monkeys, pink dolphins, tarantulas, among other species. He taught me about medicinal plants and the way of life of the people who live in the area. - The lodge is simple but very comfortable, with delicious local food, drinking water available, and internet at night. This tour is highly recommended. An unmissable experience. Notes: The only thing I would change about the tour is the visit to the indigenous village; it felt very commercial, and I did not like it.

It was worth it to see the Amazon jungle. But be aware of the high humidity and mosquitos, especially if the mosquitos get in your room

It was a very interesting 4 days. The guide george took really good care of me. He is like a walking lexicon. He knows so much about the jungle. The lodge is rustic but even has wifi in the evening.

We were two friends and spent 4 days and 3 nights in the Amazon lodge, very nice experience. Our guide Aldo worried that we would see as much as we could, taking us to several places where we saw millennial trees, tarantulas, insects, bats, medicinal plants, monkeys, different fish and reptiles. Incredible also that it adapted to our curiosities and needs at all times. Highly recommended

With my mother and my partner we decided to go through Iquitos and took the package of 4 days and 3 nights, so our adventure began submerged in the Amazon rainforest an unforgettable adventure, the peace, tranquility, the sound of nature were impressive. Since we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Don José who accompanied us to the hotel and gave us all the necessary indications for the next few days, the next day we introduce ourselves to our guide The Fantastic Daniel who was our adventure guide for the 4 successive days, very professional, punctual, respectful, responsible and fun left us beautiful memories taking us fishing, looking for animals from the deep forest, taking us walks along the river and many more adventures, The accommodation is on the Riviera of the river, the accommodation is very welcoming and the amacas were our favorite place, the meals made at home, very good, fresh with local products, Thank you very much for everything to everyone.

We did a four-day jungle excursion with Peru Jungle Trips, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide, Aldo, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, safe, and having a great time. The activities were very well planned and fun, the lodge was cute and comfortable, and the food and service were excellent throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Peru Jungle Trips to anyone considering an Amazon adventure!
