Machen Sie sich bereit, den Zauber der argentinischen Küche in einer warmen, freundlichen Umgebung zu genießen – wo jedes Rühren, Hacken und Kochen zu einem unvergesslichen Abend voller Verbindungen führt, die Sie in keinem Restaurant in Mendoza finden werden. Hier lernst du, 7 Essensrezepte zu kochen, die sich um die Aromen Argentiniens drehen, während du Top-bewerteten Wein nippst. Wir treffen uns in meiner Wohnung, knabbern lokale Snacks und schlürfen Vermuth-Cocktails und kochen! Der Unterricht dauert ca. 3 Stunden und besteht aus Kochen, Geselligkeit, Essen und ehrlich gesagt wahrscheinlich einigen Leckereien und Lachern! Wir kochen und essen 7 Artikel, die aus 2 Vorspeisen, 1 Hauptgericht, 1 Beilage, 1 Dessert bestehen, und alles, was Sie brauchen, um Wein von einem nahe gelegenen Weingut zu trinken, wo ich als Sommelier arbeite (wir haben auch alkoholfreie Getränke, wenn nötig). Sobald der Unterricht vorbei ist, könnt ihr euch alle mit vollem Bauch und möglicherweise neuen Freunden in den Rest eures unglaublichen Abends in Mendoza verzweigen!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.
