Sie werden das Gefühl haben, als würden Sie fliegen, wenn Sie mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 45 Meilen pro Stunde auf einer 30- oder 60-minütigen Fahrt über die Wasseroberfläche rasen. Go City pass w/2 adventures for Orlando - I planned to use Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat rides. Gatorland worked fine but in order to use Boggy Creek you have to make separate reservations directly with them, BG does not have a LIVE person to answer the phone and uses AI. The AI feature does NOT allow you to make reservations using Go City and instructs you to show up 30 min's before an open time slot (visible on the BG website showing open times). We drove 45 miles out to BG only to find out the time slot we wanted was already booked; even though we checked the night before & it was available and we showed up 1hr. in advance. The next open slot was >2 hrs. later. BG is not linked very good thru Go City and did not assist in any way to help us. We had a party of 10 people so it sucked to waste our time/gas driving out to BG and they even said their AI had problems but had no solution for making reservations in advance using GoCity. REMOVE them from the offer if they require reservations but can't accept them over the phone using AI thru Go City. Driving 45 miles out for "Stand-by" is not an acceptable offer/solution.
I'm really sorry this didn't work out better for you. Our AI does allow you to talk to a live person. I'm going to take a better look at this to see if we can improve. Call me as I'd like to a little more in details please. Thanks, Chris
We are here from South Dakota and this was something we had talked about doing-we are SO glad that we did! Brandon and Frank were absolutely excellent!!! This adventure has been a highlight of our trip so far!! They are both very knowledgeable, and our group on this ride made it even more enjoyable, as well. Highly recommend! Thank You!!

Asked the lady at the desk if i could go to the bathroom, she said it was not possible cause then we would mis the boat. She was not very friendly. Hurried to the deck, boat was not leaving. Waited for 5 minutes, boat was not leaving. Went to the bathroom. When i was back the boat still was not leaving. So there was plenty of time to go to the bathroom. Tour was nice, but only for the wildlife. Saw a few birds. We saw a few tiny baby aligators. Over all, won’t recommend this compagny at this time of the year.
Well that was not handled very well by us. And for this I apologize.
Mark and Izzie was amazing and the ride was great . The experience was enjoyable for us. Our children and Grandchildren really had fun.

Booked this airboat tour as a family experience during our Orlando holiday and unfortunately the organisation completely let it down. When boarding the boat, our family of four were told we had to split into 2 and 2 across different parts of the boat, despite there being seating arrangements that could easily have kept us together. No seating allocation or guidance was provided before boarding, so guests effectively claimed seats at random. What frustrated me most was the handling by the captain. Rather than acknowledging the poor organisation, we repeatedly received dismissive responses such as “we’re all going to the same place anyway” and vague references to “weight distribution” which did not appear to have been considered at all before boarding started. Had the seating been properly managed from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided entirely. The actual airboat ride itself was fine, but the experience started on the wrong foot due to poor customer handling and a lack of professionalism. When families book and pay for experiences together, being able to sit together should be treated as a priority wherever possible.

Wonderful people so friendly and knowledgeable. We missed our boat ride as went to wrong address and although we couldn’t do another one that day they were happy to do the morning. They let us into the park to have a look round as we had travelled.

Wow! We had the best time - an incredible way to see the beauty of the Everglades. The kids loved it. Staff was very friendly. 10/10 experience. We had so much fun the kids wanted to go back and do it again. We saw a couple gators and so many birds. My girls loved the butterfly exhibit
