He was always available, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. What impressed us the most was the flexibility and agility in adapting the itinerary to our requests and preferences along the way, which made the experience feel very personal and authentic. Beyond the logistics, the cultural insight we received was invaluable. Our guide took the time to explain the traditions, history, and everyday life of both Rwanda and Uganda, which added a completely different depth to the journey.
