3 Tage Sacred Valley : Machupicchu und Rainbow Mountain Tour

We booked this tour from Belgium with high expectations, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We chose not to pay the full amount in advance, and upon arrival we were asked to make the payment immediately. From that point on, we did not feel that we were treated with the level of professionalism, respect, and support that we expected. Communication was often frustrating, and several aspects of the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. By the end of the trip, it was clear that the service we received did not match the expectations created during the booking process. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this company. I encourage future travelers to carefully review the payment terms, policies, and recent customer reviews before booking.

I was looking for the Inca trail passes at the end of May in February and booked with a couple of operators who accepted my booking and a day later cancelled because there weren’t any permits left - this happened 2-3 more times after which I started to enquire before booking and Fredi from Machupicchu Latin America was the only one kind enough to explain in detail how the circuits worked and took the trouble of looking at several ways I could make it work - so after a few chats on the phone ( he was kind enough to answer the phone) - he set up a great itinerary for my family and in 3 shorts days we covered the sacred valley, machupicchu and rainbow mountain. Our guides on the tour Gary, Luis were excellent. Luis took us to machupicchu and gave us an excellent and informative tour- great personality and great restaurant recommendation in aguas caliente- Chefhouse ( don’t miss this one)- overall very happy with Fredi and his team- highly recommend them. They also were top notch with the hospitality and transferred our bags between hotels and were overall much less expensive that the other tour operators and excellent quality. We planned this trip a year ago and booked the sacred valley, machu picchu and rainbow mountain itinerary . Although there's a misalignment for machu picchu ticket (plan for circuit2 but at the end they booked circuit1 and offer extra circuit3) not to mention for excellent pickup service and great communication thru whatsapp to make the trip even smooth. The best experience ever

One word to conclude my day: Marvellous! It was one of the best day in my life! It was always a dream for me to visit MachuPicchu. Thanks to MachuPicchu Latin American company & our best tour guide, Luis! He was the best guy! Funny & intelligent ! U must go with him ! Definitely worthy !

Highly recommend Machu Picchu Latin America for your tour needs! They were very responsive from the beginning and answered all of our questions. Gary Garcia was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the best suggestions and tips on what was needed for the tours as well as the best times to go. We honestly had the best experience and it was all thanks to him!

Highly recommend!!! We had an amazing experience on our private tour of Scared Valley, Machu Pichu, and Rainbow Mountain. Gray Garcia, however, took our experience to the next level. His passion as a tour guide shined through his knowledge of ancient Incan history. His enthusiasm was contagious. He is punctual, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. In addition, his recommendations allowed us to avoid long lines, get the best views, and take everything in. Peru has some of the richest culture, food, and sightseeing. Thanks to the team at Machu Pichu Latin America for helping us experience the best Peru has to offer.

We really enjoyed our private tour with Machu Pichu Latin America. Our tour guide, Gary, was knowledgeable and accommodating. All the recommended hotels and restaurants were excellent with reasonable price. We would use Machu Pichu Latin America when we come back.

We had a fantastic experience in Peru with Machu Picchu Latin America. All the guides were friendly, very knowledgeable, and punctual. And local to the Cusco area! They showed us a few additional lookout points not on the itinerary, some of which were made possible only by their relationships with local vendors. They made all the transportation transitions easy and handed us all our tickets in a packet. They booked us at hotels that offered complimentary luggage storage for the day, which was very convenient. As a side note, when we booked this trip, we were uncertain about safety given the recent political unrest in Peru. We are two young, female travelers in May 2023. We’re happy to say we felt totally safe walking around historic Cusco by ourselves and totally safe in all the locations with our guide. Would highly recommend booking with Machu Picchu Latin America!! They made our travel so easy, we wish we could bring them with us everywhere 😂
