It was a trip of a lifetime. Heels & Valise made the safari seamless - from pickup at our hotels in Nairobi, to lodging in the mara, to lunches/waters/etc. My group of 11 and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Masai Mara was incredible and the driver made sure we saw as many animals as possible. The accommodation was great (Mara Sopa). Communication with Heels and Valise was easy. I traveled with my 70-year old mom and she loved it, though in retrospect the flight might have been a better option for her than the 6-hour drive. Other than that, we had an amazing time! 100% would recommend!
