Immaculate was extremely helpful in planning and preparing me for the trip, providing guidance on accommodation options as well as travel times and answering my many questions. She was very quick to respond and checked in on the trip also. Nassar the driver kindly shared information about Uganda on the journey there and back and I felt safe in his company.
