- Updates für den Zugang zum Yellowstone-Nationalpark Das East Gate soll am 05.02.2025 geöffnet werden. Bis dahin sind Attraktionen wie Upper und Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Schlammvulkan, Fishing Bridge und West Thumb Geysir nicht zugänglich. Das Südtor soll am 05.10.2025 geöffnet werden, was bedeutet, dass West Thumb Geysir zwischen 05.02.2025 und 05.09.2025 unzugänglich bleibt. - Alter und Sicherheit: Kunden unter 18 Jahren müssen von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden. Schwangere Frauen können teilnehmen, wenn bis zum Ende der Reise unter 24 Wochen.
- Was mitzubringen ist: Bequeme Schuhe und Kleidung, Sonnenhut, Sonnenbrille, Sonnencreme, Bargeld und Getränke für die Hydratation.
- Buchungsdetails: Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Buchungsdaten (Name, Kontakt, Fluginformationen) korrekt sind. Fehler verursachen persönliche Kosten. Zur Sicherheit und Kommunikation ist eine erreichbare Telefonnummer erforderlich.
- Abholungsort:Bitte wählen Sie bei der Buchung Ihr Abholhotel aus. Wenn Sie unentschlossen sind, können Sie Ihren Abholort später aktualisieren. Sie müssen uns jedoch mindestens 3 Tage vor dem Tourdatum kontaktieren oder diese Informationen selbst aktualisieren. - Hotelzimmer: Platz für 2-4 Gäste mit entweder zwei Voll-/Doppelbetten oder einem King-/Queensize-Bett (je nach Verfügbarkeit); Kautionen werden per Kreditkarte abgewickelt. Für Gruppen über vier oder separate Räume buchen Sie bitte separat.
- Tickets und Gebühren: Vorab gekaufte Tickets oder Stadtpässe werden nicht akzeptiert. Kaufen Sie über uns oder über den Guide. Gruppenreservierungen empfohlen.
- Änderungen der Reiseroute: Der Reiseveranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, die Reiseroute für einen reibungslosen Betrieb anzupassen.
- Tourenanpassungen: Der Tourguide kann die Fahrpläne je nach Wetter, Verkehr oder anderen Bedingungen ändern.
- Parkplatz: Parkplätze stehen am Treffpunkt nicht zur Verfügung. Der Transport zum und vom Abfahrtsort ist nicht inbegriffen.
- Geschlossene Attraktionen: Wenn ein landschaftlicher Spot geschlossen ist, wird eine Alternative bereitgestellt. COVID-19 kann Attraktionszeiten und Kapazität beeinflussen.
- Booster Sitze: Für die Teilnahme an der Reisegruppe benötigen Kinder unter 6 Jahren einen Booster-Sitzplatz. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass die Verstöße und Bußgelder von den Gästen selbst getragen werden. Für die Busfahrt am Reisetag ist kein Boostersitz erforderlich.
- Gesundheitsanforderungen: Gäste mit Behinderungen müssen dies im Voraus melden. Rollstuhlgerechte Busse werden ohne vorherige Genehmigung nicht garantiert.

Driver,Scot was great Guide Mike was good The group was 80% Chinese and so all explanation were in both English and Chinese which was not fun for either group The accommodation were at a motel that would not get more than 1 star. I would recommend that you schedule an English only tour Also get better accommodation near the park

Punctuality is the highlight. The tour guide stick to both times allocated as well as what you see in the itinerary. Benson and the tour driver did a fantastic job. The hotel accommodation was good, no complaints, except that there was no bedside table lamp and this was arranged in a motel. The only tourist location we missed was mammoth springs. However, this was not in itinerary. I highly recommend this trip for solo travellers. The guide took care of me even though I knew no one throughout the trip.

I would definitely do a trip like this again. It covered 1200 miles and hit all the high spots in the area. Maarten, the guide, kept everything on track and the coach driver was great too. Only two issues, commentary was largely Chinese as that was the majority of people on the tour, as I only speak English I was at a disadvantage. I was looking forward to the Yellostone Bear sanctuary but most of the other attendees were not so it was canceled and I got a refund. Overall my enjoyment of the tour was not greatly affected.

Had a great time and was treated well. Johnny our tour guide was very knowledgeable, good natured and very funny. Johnny made sure that we were able to see all of the “must see” areas of the parks all while navigating the ever changing weather in Yellowstone and Gran Teton. He needs a raise. Herding cats is tough business.

We booked a 3-day Grand Teton & Yellowstone tour, and Maarten was our tour guide. The tour group was quite large (around 55 people), with most guests being Chinese. The itinerary was well planned and covered most of the major attractions in both national parks. The bus was spacious, and there was very little hiking or long walking involved, so my mother (over 60 years old) was able to participate comfortably. However that means you won't be able to visit Jenny Lake (Grand Teton) or view Grand Prismatic / Great Salt Lake from above. The hotel in West Yellowstone was spacious and even provided hot water and coffee in the lounge area. There was also a Chinese restaurant and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. Our tour guide Mr. Maarten Wu was friendly and always willing to help resolve any requests or concerns during the trip. One thing to keep in mind: since guests were gathered from different booking platforms, there may be additional fees collected during the trip. It’s best to confirm all possible charges in advance before booking.

This was a wonderful tour! Milo the tour guide was very informed and had an excellent rapport with his guests. This trip is strenuous for Seniors, miles and miles of walking and a multitude of stairs, up and down! We made it, but it was exhausting! The problems : (1) The motel that the tour included was sub-standard. The tour company should provide safe, secure hotel arrangements; (2) The Ford Van was completely filled, where customers were crowded and had seats over the wheel well! With the hours and hours of driving, the company should evaluate the comfort of their guests, not ‘more people, more profit’; finally, I strongly recommend informing their prospective customers looking at this tour to advise the nature of this trip, possibly letting Seniors make an informed decision before committing. We had a mother & daughter who, after the initial day, withdrew from the tour because of the strenuous pace.

My wife and I had an excellent experience, and the places are breathtaking. The tour was well organized, and our tour guide was Xin Xu, who was nice and friendly and drove us and guided us to all the beautiful places. He also has a very good authentic Chinese restaurant, and we really enjoyed the food. Hotel accommodation was also decent, and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, highly recommended.
