We were driving with Ali from Merzouga to Fes and from Fes to Chefchaoun! He was always punctual, driving very safe, is very kind and funny! Whenever we wanted to stop or take pictures he took the time! He also explained us everything along the ride and we listened to music, were talking and had fun! we would definitely recommend it! Thank you Ali for everything!!
It was a lovely trip, Ali made us happy, he was very kind, and he explained to us all the way to Marrakesh, I deeply recommend. Very good driver, the trip was comfy with air-conditioning and brakes whenever we want
It all began on a Thursday morning when Mohamed picked us up at our Riad in Fes and helped take our luggage to the van where the group was waiting for us. It was a small group of 6 people including my friend and I, plus the driver, Fouad. What I didn’t know was that this group would become like family over the next 3 days, telling stories and sharing laughter and moments we’ll never forget. Fouad drove us safely to all the sites and made sure that we were good on time in order to reach the sunset at the San dunes on the first night. I enjoyed passing through the Atlas Mountains, and seeing the tiny Berber villages, and meeting local berbers. I enjoyed all the stops including the stops to shop for rose water, argan oil, and fossils. The camel ride was 90 minutes I’m told and well worth it! It was an unforgettable experience and the Berbers even let us sandboard down the dunes. The campsite was perfectly equipped with everything we needed - clean and spacious tents with actual beds and bathroom and shower (water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but we didn’t expect a shower anyway). The breakfast and dinner was delicious and we enjoyed the fire, drums, and dancing at night. Stargazing in the darkness of the Sahara was something else! The next day, we visited (ourzazate) Hollywood of Morocco and Ait Ben Haddou, which was amazing to walk through, like stepping back to ancient times. This is the place where one of my favorite movies was filmed (gladiator). The hotel we stayed on the second night was really nice too, clean, and spacious. As far as the stops, and the driving, Fouad was great. He even let us play our music during the long drives. He was very informative and gave a lot of interesting information along the route. He was also hilarious and volunteered to take awesome group pictures of us. There was another driver that led a private group of two (Sami) who was also great. We needed water and 1 in the morning and Sami went above and beyond to help us. We really enjoyed this 3 day tour and we would recommend to anyone who wants to have a crazy fun time and experience all that morroco has to offer!!! Thank you Happy Morrocan Tours!!
Thank you so much for your Review
The three days tour between the desert and the Atlas mountains was simply amazing. Mohammed Tahiri has been our guide not only for this tour but also in the previous days around Morocco, providing us with the best advices, experience and air conditioning all the time. Both the tent camp and the hotel the second night where excellent, as all the stops along the way we made. If you're planning to go to Morocco this is absolutely worth it: camel rides, stargazing, 4x4 ride in the desert, meeting with the berbers, etc... All made possible by this amazing tour company able to organise anything fro you during your stay in the country, whatever you need. A big thank you for this amazing experience, 100% worth it.
The tour is very complete, many beautiful places are traveled and at a more than fair price. The accommodations where we spent the nights were very good, the meals all very well, I recommend that they take cash since in some restaurants or cafes that stops they do not accept a card (during the trip a coffee or tea between stops is good). The driver was very professional we enjoyed his company, since it is with him who we do most of the trip and surely there are many interesting stories to tell , he always put the best wave on us and made us laugh a lot these three days
It was a unique experience! This agency allowed us to have an excellent trip to the Sahara. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...
It was the experience of life and the tour in the Moroccan desert made our stay worthy of being, and this too without haste. We were so in love with the serenity and hospitality of the Saharawi person and we wish that if we could have stayed longer, from the housing organization to the food, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the 4x4 ride on the sand dunes and ganoua music followed by a camel ride in the desert after arriving at the main camp where we enjoyed sandboarding, music with a bonfire, delicious dinner and breakfast and a comfortable bed overall. good experience and I highly recommend to all the tour of the desert of Morocco.
