Wir werden Sie nicht hetzen, wir werden Ihnen viel Zeit geben, da dies Ihr privater Ausflug ist. Sie haben die Wahl, früher abzureisen oder länger zu bleiben. Bei einer großen Gruppe haben die Leute unterschiedliche Schwimmfähigkeiten, daher ist es schwer zu entscheiden, welche Schnorchelplätze geeignet sind. Aber bei Ihrem privaten Ausflug können wir das leicht entscheiden, abhängig vom Wetter und Ihren Schwimmfähigkeiten. Normalerweise gilt: je tiefer, desto besser. Dieser Ausflug ist eine großartige Wahl für fortgeschrittene Schwimmer oder Taucher, die mehr Zeit zum Schnorcheln, für den Strand und zum Entspannen verbringen möchten. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Communication before the trip via WhatsApp was excellent, which gave us confidence in booking. However, once we arrived, the experience was completely different. Our boat driver spoke no English, and the assistant only spoke very limited English. We received no safety briefing whatsoever—not on the boat, not about the equipment, and not about snorkelling safety in the water. Thankfully we already knew how to fit and use the snorkelling gear, but first-time snorkellers would have received no guidance at all. The boat also had to stop to refuel during our 3-hour private afternoon charter, which should have been prepared before departure. The snorkelling itself was quite average. We were taken to the same busy location as all of the other tour boats, so it didn't feel like much of a private experience. We're from New Zealand, and although New Zealand isn't particularly known for snorkelling, we've experienced much better marine life in our own marine reserves. The biggest concern was safety. The boat driver travelled far too fast, making the ride uncomfortable. We asked him to slow down, but because of the language barrier, he didn't understand. After just one snorkelling stop, we decided to end the trip early because we no longer felt confident in the crew or comfortable with the overall level of safety. To make matters worse, after we returned to shore, the boat driver continued following us around while we waited for our taxi. It made us feel quite uncomfortable. This experience had the potential to be great, but the lack of communication, absence of any safety briefing, and overall professionalism left us feeling that ending the trip early was the safest decision.
Fantastic afternoon snorkelling. Your guys were so attentive and helpful. We went to two different bays to snorkel and there was no pressure, we could snorkel for a long as we liked. Would recommend if you want a half day snorkelling, we no frills.

the guides did not even say hello to us let alone explain anything . From taxi driver to speed boat driver and guide totally rude and unfriendly , like it was way too much trouble for them. no one checked to see if we were happy with snorkel fitting anything. No one gave us an indicator to time . Very unhelpful . DO NOT go with this company

Relaxed snorkeling trip ended up just myself and my son. Guide took us to 2 great locations. Visibility wasn't great but the corals were still impressive. Visit on an island at the end with a little beach restaurant. Super cool place. Guides were very flexible with time and we ended up starting over an hour earlier than planned.
What a wonderful experience! From hotel lobby pickup, to dropping off to meet the boats captain in the quaint fishing town. It was a seamless experience with beautiful spots to snorkel on a clear day. We were greeted with bottles of water, professional clean snorkeling gear and fins. Recommend to wear the life jacket for ease of floating above all the reef. Be free to pick up any debris you find under water to help leave it better than you found it to preserve the natural beauty here. The deckhand was very helpful and joyous. The captain was very kind and they both showed us amazing hospitality and kindness. Big tip was well-deserved! Would recommend 10/10 and can’t wait to do this tour anytime I am in Phu Quoc island.
