The tour operator never showed up and could not reach them. I worked with Viator and they tried to help us find an alternate operator that could fit our schedule. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find one. Viator was amazing. Tour operator…not so much :(
It was excellent. It was a nice way to see Rome in the hot heat. Our guide Gabriel was amazing. He showed us around lots of places that we would never have been able to see on our own. I have to give our guide Gabriel our highest rating. He really took the time to explain the history of each place we visited. Thank you for that! I would recommend this tour. They even picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel . and a stop included lunch . Great tour!
Antonio was an incredible tour guide. He was only 10 days on the job but grew up in Rome so he knows the in's/out's of where to go. He followed the itinerary outline, but was completely open on whatever we wanted to see. Vatican City was not even on the list and he took us there as well. He had other gems that he took us to that were amazing.
DO NOT BOOK MIDNIGHT TOUR. The guide did not show up to pick us up after confirming the tour 24 hours before. We had to contact trip advisor directly before anyone from the company reached out to tell us that our tour had been cancelled and they do not offer midnight tours (20 minutes after our tour was supposed to start) Very unprofessional.
We had an absolutely amazing golf buggy tour of Rome last night, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! A huge thank you to our guide, Elisabetta, who was truly exceptional. Her knowledge of Rome was incredible, and she shared so many fascinating facts and stories that brought the city's history to life. You could really tell how passionate she is about Rome, and that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The golf buggy was such a fantastic way to see the city, especially in the evening when Rome is beautifully lit up. We visited so many stunning places while staying comfortable, and Elisabetta made sure everyone had a wonderful experience throughout. If you're visiting Rome, I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough. And if you're lucky enough to have Elisabetta as your guide, you're in for a real treat. Thank you for such an unforgettable evening, we'll be talking about it for a long time!

Francesco picked us up promptly at our hotel and our adventure began. He gave us historical facts about the sites, and we got to every site the description gave us. Francesco also took our pictures, and got us as close as he could because I have a bum knee. Overall, it was a great tour, and Francesco was charismatic, and attentive to the customers.
