3 Khai Inseln Tour - Schnorcheln, Schwimmen & Entspannen (Halb- oder Ganztag)

Total ripoff! Only 2 islands during low tide. One cannot snorkel during low tide. Charged extra for a National Park, no park. Horrible experience. Two "islands" were total tourist traps, charged for chairs. There was no drop off snorkeling directly off boat. DO NOT TAKE THIS TRIP, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

It’s ok. The first island is very pretty. Nice water. Small but pretty beach. The second island isn’t an island it’s just a snorkel spot. We were told that there were too many jellyfish to stop there and that we would have more time on the third island. The third islands beach was more rocky and the water was crowded. The beach cats were cool to see. All in all we spent more time in the transfer van and waiting at the pier than on the islands. If you’re sensitive to smoke just be aware that every other person was chain smoking on the islands and at the pier.

The boat team and staff were phenomenal!!! 2/18 and 2/19 were VERY over crowded. The island beaches were packed. Snorkeling was mediocre as the water was cloudy and some trash. There were a few fish sightings in the small area reserved for snorkeling.

Very nice staff and fun boat trip! But sooooo much tourists on the islands that it was barely bathable. The snorkeling was bad and the food on the islands we had only eaten if it was disaster..... The bus back to Kata beach took 2 hours, if you live close so absolutely you can go on the tour but it was nothing we had recommended.

We booked one day in advance. I was did lots of research as we had a 4 yr and 6 yr old and decided that a half day tour would be the best choice. This one was excellent. It was an awesome trip, mostly for the experience on the first island (tons of fish, great snorkeling). The time period was perfect, we were picked up ~7:30 From our hotel, it was a 1 hour trip for us from Karon Beach to the departure site. Tour wasn’t too big (maybe 30-40 ppl) on a good sized boat. They provided lots of water, refreshments, and snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. Jimmy our guide was funny and organized, all staff working there were great. Two of the beaches were pretty crowded, but that’s just Thailand now. Recommend this tour for families with young kids who want to escape to an island and get some great snorkeling in! :)

It was a really nice experience. Keep in mind; We done a full day, pick up was great. After checking in for the activity, you have access to free tea coffee snacks while waiting for others to arrive. There are shops around as well if you forget a hat, glasses, water shoes etc. keep in mind there is no toilet paper at the dock toilets where you’re waiting to board the boat. The full day involves you staying at the first island (cat island) for 5 hours or so, to snorkel, relax etc. and you can hire sun beds with an umbrella. GREAT NEWS you can pay with card at the island for the sun beds & food/drinks if you want extra considering lunch is included here. It was a lovely restaurant, right on the water. If you eat at the restaurant, you can use the toilet on the island for free too. Keep in mind; there is no toilet paper at the island toilets OR at the port toilets where you go to dock so if you’re someone that likes to use toilet paper, definitely consider bringing your own. There is an allocated safe zone/area for you to snorkel here. Majority of our time on the island, we were alone. It was amazing. Not sure if it was the time of the year but it was incredible. Due to the shallow water at the second island, it was not recommended to swim due to sharp rocks so safety first. Third island was extremely crowded. But it was still a great experience and the allocated area to snorkel was extremely busy… and shallow. In my opinion it was a bit dangerous considering sea urchins were all over the place there. I would not go swimming there unless you have a snorkel, even then I didn’t like it personally. Only spent 45mins or so at this island which was more than sufficient for us. Honestly. Amazing experience. So glad we done it. So grateful for the crew. Team were lovely, happy, always smiling. If you want to snorkel and swim among the fish, I would recommend to do this. I held my hand out and so many fish came and brushed up against my hands and my body actually. It was an incredible experience.

Unfortunately the second island due to the waves we did not have a past, but also a very interesting day, the trip is not catching up, very relaxed on the island to enjoy the sun, snorkeling is also fun, pirate uncle guide is cute, speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, completely accessible communication! Thanks for meeting me and having a great day in Phuket.

Fantastic experience! We booked for the full day and it was amazing. The personal was really kind and funny. They pick you up and drop you in the end so it was very convenient!

– well-organized, punctual, free breakfast & drinks (+ fruits on boat and some noodle salad on return) – booked full-day trip with a longer stay on the 1st Khai Island - perfect sea for swimming and also nice for snorkeling. Pristine, clear water. – everyone really calm, friendly, polite and happy to assit. Staff is encouraged to make sure you have a great, valuable experience by pointing at things you should look at/see or do. In total, perfect price-value-ratio. Had a much better experience with this company than with some others (for different island trips in Phuket) Definitely booking again with this company when I'm back in Phuket for travel.

Great tour for the price. We were collected at 730am from Karon and left the pier on the boat around 915-930. We went to 2 islands and jumped in the sea for snorkelling close to another one. We were back at the hotel around 2pm. Great half day tour that was well organised. The guides were entertaining and efficient, and refreshments were provided on board. Definitely recommend.
