Retro Tours Norway ist ein Unternehmen, das Stadtrundfahrten in Oslo mit Retro-Motorrädern mit Beiwagen anbietet. Wir können bis zu 2 Passagiere pro Fahrrad befördern. Wenn Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräusche dieser schönen Stadt auf eine andere und einzigartige Weise erleben möchten, kommen Sie und versuchen Sie es. Sie werden es nicht bereuen! Ihr Fortgeschrittener führt Sie zunächst durch die Innenstadt, vorbei am Stortinget (Parlamentsgebäude) und dem Königspalast. Vom Schloss geht es weiter hinauf zum Holmenkollen-Schanzenzentrum. Hier sehen Sie einige tolle Ausblicke auf Oslo und den umliegenden Fjord. Anschließend besuchen wir den Vigelands Parken, wo über 200 Bronze- und Granitskulpturen von Gustav Vigeland ausgestellt sind. Weiter geht es nach Bygdøy, wo sich mehrere Museen befinden, darunter Kon-Tiki, Fram, Wikingerschiffe und Volksmuseen. Neben unseren 2-stündigen Touren bieten wir auf Anfrage auch maßgeschneiderte Touren an (1 - 3 Stunden Touren, Halb- oder Ganztagestouren und Gruppenbuchungen möglich). Alle Stopps sind optional. Routen können sich ändern.

Unser erster Halt ist das norwegische Parlamentsgebäude (Stortinget) neben Karl Johans Gate, Oslos berühmter Einkaufsstraße. Dies bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, das Parlamentsgebäude zu besichtigen und in einigen der Geschäfte und Cafés von Karl Johans Gate zu stöbern.
Im Rahmen einer unserer Stadtrundfahrten kommen wir am Schloss und seinem Gelände vorbei. Verfügbar, um hier auf Anfrage anzuhalten,
Sie werden eine fantastische Fahrt durch Oslo bis zum Holmenkollen-Skisprungzentrum erleben und den Sprungturm und die Arena aus nächster Nähe sowie einen hervorragenden Panoramablick auf Oslo und den umliegenden Fjord genießen. Das Skimuseum befindet sich neben der Skisprungschanze Holmenkollen und zeigt über 4000 Jahre Skigeschichte. Für diejenigen, die Erfrischungen benötigen, bietet Frognerseter Speisen und Getränke mit fantastischem Blick über die Stadt und den Oslofjord.
Wenn Sie einige der von Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943) geschaffenen Skulpturen sehen möchten, können wir im Vigelands Parken Halt machen. Dies ist ein 32 Hektar großer öffentlicher Park mit über 200 Bronze- und Granitskulpturen, die Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters, Geschlechts und Größe darstellen. Das Frognerstadion und das Freibad befinden sich ebenfalls im Park. Wenn Sie Rosen mögen, sollten Sie auch erwähnen, dass Sie hier Norwegens größte Sammlung mit über 150 Arten und insgesamt über 40.000 Pflanzen finden.
Schließlich steuern wir die Halbinsel Bygdøy an, die eine große Touristenattraktion für Museumsliebhaber ist. Hier befinden sich das Kontiki-, Fram-, Schifffahrts-, Wikingerschiffs- und Volkskundemuseum sowie das königliche Sommerhaus. Wenn Sie bleiben und eines der Museen besuchen möchten, können Sie mit der regulären Fährverbindung (Abfahrt in der Nähe des Kontiki-Museums) nach Aker Brygge zurückkehren. Eintrittsgelder für Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht inbegriffen.

Absolutely the best way to see Oslo up close. Our Captain and guide, Helge, was outstanding, and tailored our trip to see areas that were not accessible by tour busses. This excursion is very highly recommended!
Book this tour!! We cruised the entire Baltic and this was our favorite tour. We had all ages in our group, from 13 to 75 years old and everyone had a blast! Our guides were knowledgable and fun and took us to see sights we hadn't seen on the tour we did with the cruise line. In true Norway fashion, it poured rain during our tour, but it was still so fun! They provided rain ponchos to those who needed them. It was pretty exhilarating on the freeway and through the tunnels at higher speeds, so if you bring grandma you might want to put her in the sidecar! The motorcycles turn a lot of heads so get ready for some random photos from strangers.
Our guide Helge was personable and knowledgeable and even thought it was a very rainy day, the tour was still fun. I would love to do this again on a sunny day.
Overall, experience was excellent and exceeded expectations. Our guide, Oystein, arrived on time and made us feel very comfortable from the start. He was a very nice person and very informative, a great guide. Gave us fantastic facts about Oslo throughout our tour and took us to amazing places that you would not typically see as a tourist. So nice that our retro bike brought many smiles from people along our journey. We’ve never done something like this before. It is must experience whilst in Oslo - go for it!

Probably the highlight of an already wonderful trip. We went as a party of 4 on 2 bikes, with 2 guides, who were such fun & very knowledgeable. It couldn’t have been better!

So. Much. Fun. Easy on-time pick-up at the cruise port, great communication beforehand. Runer was a terrific guide, very interesting life story and insightful commentary about the city and Norway in general. We hit all the highlights of Oslo, including about a 15 minute drop-off to walk through Vigeland Sculpture Park. The motorcycles were very cool and garnered a lot of attention from passersby. Note that you do not drive the motorbike--you either ride on the back or in the side car. Highly, highly recommend--you won't be disappointed.

Yes sadly, for many reasons (one being the very different techniques required to ride with a sidecar), we are unable to offer self ride tours. That said, for most people it’s a lot of fun being shown around the city of Oslo in this somewhat different and unique way. So pleased you also enjoyed it! We had a great time seeing the highlights of Oslo and some additional out of the way sites. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. If you are comfortable on the back or sidecar of a motorcycle; highly recommend.
