- Kinder unter 1,50 m benötigen je nach Verfügbarkeit spezielle Fahrräder.
- Die Passagiere müssen USD 200 (Zahlung und Rückerstattung durch PayPal) oder einen physischen gültigen Ausweis (nicht digital, keine Kopie) als Kaution für den Fall, dass die Fahrräder kaputt gehen oder gestohlen werden, im Geschäft hinterlegen.
- Sie müssen über 18 Jahre alt sein, um die Fahrräder zu mieten.
- Die Fahrräder sind nur für den Freizeitgebrauch bestimmt. Sie können nicht für die Leistung oder die Teilnahme an Touren, die nicht zu unserem Unternehmen gehören, verwendet werden.
- CRUISE BIKES SIND FÜR PERSONEN VON 1, 85 UND 110 KG. Wenn Sie diese Größe und Gewicht überschreiten, müssen Sie ein Mountainbike mieten und USD 7 für das Upgrade (24-Stunden-Nutzung) oder USD 5 (für die Tagesnutzung) hinzufügen.

After using Tripadvisor as a reference we sent a message to the owner of the place, Fernando, who passed us the details through WhatsApp, which informed us that it was always open.... We went on Saturday 14/11 but the store was closed, the doorman from the nearby parking lot told us that he left for a tour is always long to return. On Sunday 15/11 we returned and there we encountered a paupérrima store, very few bikes and a service for there horrible, he was without patience to serve tourists, and still was extremely ironic about being “Brazilian”. Because we really wanted to ride a bike we decided to relay everything and rent two bicycles from over 20 years (without exaggeration). Asked me to sign a contract committing me to return the equipment in good order, advance payment( ah! One price for Brazilians and another price for Argentinians...) and until now nothing abnormal. But he asked me to send $425.00 (four hundred and twenty-five dollars) through PayPal and I wondered , I asked why we would not use a credit card as a guarantee , and he told me that it works this way.... But I argued that so I would not have any security, after all he could decide not to refund me, his terrible argument was that I was with a equipment of him... but I against argued that I signed a return contract and it was only he using my credit card as do the hotels and car rental companies, at this moment he torn the contract, turned his back and went out cursing us the Brazilians... Bad experience and surprised me TripAdvisor recommend...
Estimado sr Flavio, usted se contacto el dia 10/11 para preguntar si disponíamos de 2 bicicletas MTB con determinadas especificaciones, a lo que le respondimos a cada una de ellas que si (se le enviaron fotografias de las mismas). Al no tener confirmación, nos contactamos con ustedes nuevamente para hacerles saber que esos modelos ya no estaban disponibles y se les envio detalles y fotos de las MTB disponibles que podrían rentar. Cuando recibimos el OK del alquiler nos informaron que el dia 14/11 estarían pasando por el local a firmar los papeles, dejar la garantia y retirarlas. Lamentablemente nunca nos informaron que se estarían acercando el dia 13/11, puesto que con un simple msj de whatsapp le podríamos haber comunicado que en ese momento estábamos realizando diferentes tours ( como le comente a su esposa cuando nos llamo por telefono en el momento en que ustedes se encontraban en nuestra tienda). El dia 14/11, ya en la tienda, probaron las dos bicicletas que habían reservado (cabe aclarar, que contamos con una amplia flota de bicicletas y ninguna de ellas tiene mas de 3 años de antigüedad y no 20 como usted comenta). Finalmente por una cuestion de comodidad de su sra decidieron rentar un MTB y una de paseo ( tenga en cuenta que perdimos el dia de alquiler de la MTB por su reserva). Nuestra politica de garantia para las bicicletas MTB son estrictas, tanto para usted como para cualquier persona. Los depósitos se hacen en efectivo o através de PAYPAL ( como se lo comunicamos con anterioridad y jamas hemos tenido ningún tipo de inconveniente. NUESTROS PRECIOS SON INTERNACIONALES PARA CUALQUIER VISITANTE DEL MUNDO, EXCEPTO RESIDENTES EN ARGENTINA QUE CUENTAN CON UN DESCUENTO ESPECIAL. Le comento que nosotros seguimos trabajando con la alegria y la buena predisposición de siempre, felices de todas las lindas palabras que nos dejan nuestros clientes y pasajeros, y siempre, siempre, aprendiendo de las criticas constructivas. I wanted lo leave a review for these guys because it was an unusually great experience. We rented two bikes from them and not only got the bikes but a detailed map with bike lanes in Buenos Aires and a talk with the history of the places we were about to visit and great suggestions to eat along the ride. Looks like Fernando and Gonzalo really enjoy what they do and they transmit their love for biking and Buenos Aires to their customers.

I rented it twice with my partner for 24hs and the Service was barbaric! We made quite long journeys and the bikes were well benched! I recommend renting them here! The service is also excellent!

Listen, literally stop looking this is your bike rental shop. From the time I contacted them to my bike pick up and return it was fantastic experience. Gonzalo provides several options based on my needs and gave me a clear view of routes and destinations I could do on my own as I wanted to wonder out by myself. Flawless experience - go for it!!!
