Driver waited outside the airport and he was friendly and answered all my questions great. I also had significant flight delays and they accomodated my flight delay without extra charge. We were in contact via WhatsApp. Wonderful and smooth.

Absolutely recommended. The driver waited for me outside of the airport despite my flight delay. Once arrived at the Medina he called the Riad manager and made sure I would arrive safe at destination . we really enjoyed our ride and I recommend him for any other activitiesif you need it

experience was really smooth and easy. Was hard to spot dirver at the beginning due to name written down with red pen on a piece of paper and he was standing in one corner but when we spoted driver he helped us with our bags and was really friendly. His English is really good too. I decided to take his number so that he could drive us (there were 4 of us in total) around during our stay in marrakech and he was happy to help. We used him almost everyday and he was ALWAYS on time which was really good.
