We had a wonderful two-day Yellowstone tour with our guide, John. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and organized the schedule well. We were able to visit many beautiful sights, learn a lot about Yellowstone, and fully enjoy the amazing scenery. We saw many bison and deer, and even spotted a black bear by the roadside. John also kindly helped us take photos throughout the trip. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this tour!
We had an amazing time on our two day Yellowstone trip and I truly believe it was because of our great tour guide Luke! Luke was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the two day trip a wonderful experience. He kept a group of various ages engaged, thrilled, and safe for 48hrs. Receiving the edited pictures from the trip so soon after our tour also shows dedication beyond the standard guide. Day one began with an early on time pick up at our hotel door. The sprinter van was comfortable for our six person group. Lunch is provided both days within the tour cost. The drive to Yellowstone allows you amazing views of the Grand Teton mountains and an opportunity to start spotting wildlife. Once we entered the park our focus was on the west side with the geothermal activity. It was so relaxing to sit back and let someone else do all the driving, especially since Luke knew all the spots to hit that may not have been found if you were solo touring. There are plenty of opportunities to stop for restrooms and multiple stops to stretch your legs. Day one ends as you exit the park into Montana, perfect time to stop for pictures with the Arch. We stayed at Chino Hot Springs which was suggested by the tour company. Day two was the highlight of the trip, as we saw so many animals. The tour guides are all tuned into the radio and help each other out detailing where the most activity is. I would highly recommend this tour and company for anyone who wants to minimize the stress of driving and still see all the sights. If your lucky you may also get Luke as your tour guide too.
We did a two day tour of Yellowstone June 28th and 29th. Our guide John P was amazing. His love and knowledgeable of the area and the animals showed during the entire two days. He was very friendly and thoughtful . My husband and I have mobility issues and we were very grateful for his patience and understanding. We saw bison, elk, prong horn and through his scope wolves and bears. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We even got some snow our second day-June 29th. Yellowstone is so huge and we would have never seen as much on our own. John certainly helped made the two day tour unforgettable.
Our tour guide Joe was great, well versed in the history and science of the park.If this is your 1st visit to yellowstone.this tour is the way to go.
The tour was great and let us see a lot of Yellowstone. Eddie was a great guide and driver. He knew the best spots to see things and take pictures. He made sure we got to see Old Faithful and took us around the back so we avoided much of the crowds. He was also great at spotting animals while he drove. We got to see a lot of cool animals including a Grizzly Bear and 2 Moose.
The destinations were all wonderful. May is baby season, so I saw adorable moose baby and bison baby! Lamar Valley is must! Our guide John was so kind and knowledgeable, he found so many wonderful wild seane which I couldn’t if I go by myself.
Our Yellowstone trip with John Putrino exceeded all expectations! His deep knowledge of the park, friendly personality, and careful planning made the experience unforgettable. We saw amazing wildlife, visited breathtaking locations, and learned so much along the way. John’s attention to detail and insider tips helped us make the most of every moment. Would highly recommend this tour and John to anyone visiting Yellowstone!
Both Kilmeny , coordinator and Joe our guide were very professional . Joe had our group bonding as soon as we started the trip . He was always asking if we needed any help or if we needed to stop . He made sure the trip was meeting everyone’s expectations. Joe went above and beyond when I was unable to take pictures the 2nd day . He offered to take them and send them to me . I would highly recommend Teton Floats for your next adventure .
Fantastic 2-day Yellowstone Upper & Lower Exploration by Teton Scenic Floats and Fly Fishing. It was all that we had hoped to experience. Our guide, John P was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about all things Yellowstone and shared many interesting facts and stories. He has an insiders knowledge of all that is the beauty of Yellowstone and Teton Parks. John has a keen eye for and knowledge of the habitats of the various animals, flora and fauna in the park. He also brought a telescopic photo lens and binoculars which brought many of the animals at a distance into view and shared the telescopic photos with us. We saw 8 black & grizzly bears, bison herds with calves, prong horn sheep, elk, moose, osprey, eagle, marmot, ground squirrel and many others. The mid day picnic lunches and snacks were also great. The vans were comfortable and convenient. Teton Floats and our guide John P exceeded our expectations and made this a wonderful experience. Also a shout out to Kilmeny, office coordinator for her role in our excellent Yellowstone adventure. We highly recommend this experience. John& Janel H
We had an absolutely fantastic trip! Eddie was an excellent tour guide. He knew the spots where various forms of wildlife are usually seen and worked hard to help us find them. We saw all kinds of animals up close including male and female Elks, Bison with their babies ("Red Dogs"), Coyotes, Fox, a Black Bear with her cubs, and a Grizzly Bear. We also saw big horn mountain goats using the spotting scopes. We saw several geysers including Old Faithful erupting; several geothermal areas/ Hot Springs including Grand Prismatic Spring, boiling mud 'volcanoes'; several water falls including the one in Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, snow covered peaks, lakes; and gorgeous landscapes of the Lamar and Hayden valleys. It was worth the cost! Kilmeny at Teton Floats was an immense blessing in helping coordinate all the details of our trip to Jackson Hole as well as our trip to Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone. You've got to do this two-day tour once in your life!!!
