We took a family private tour of Machu Picchu with guide Brian. Our experience was unique and unforgettable. Brian was extremely attentive and elucidative in the explanations about the place, took amazing photos without asking, was very solicited, empathic and cordial. Without a doubt it made the experience much better! A wonderful energy. Super indicate this experience with him!

We took a private tour of Machu Picchu with guide Brian. Our walk was magical. In addition to Brian having met us a day before the tour to pass all the information (where to take the bus, which queue to get in, what time to arrive, etc.), he was extremely careful and attentive with us throughout the tour. He is a special Cover; calm and empathic, Brian guided us, respecting the time and our feeling for the magnitude that is the mountain. Guided us also with the descent bus. Couldn't have been better! We had Franklin or Franco as our guide and he was terrific! Charming, professional, well informed without being overbearing or boring, and constantly helpful. His English was excellent! Santos our guide was good at Machu Picchu too! I highly recommend he and the rest of his crew. Ana was great as our organization leader too!

I bought the private tour in Portuguese for machu picchu. The company sells private tour with differentiated care. Until the train ride everything is OK, but when we arrived in hot waters we were welcomed by a teenager without uniform shouting our name,because according to him he was hired for us to take to the hotel,but didn't even know the company that hired him. When we arrived at the hotel we were placed in one of the worst, mould smell, no receptionist, we waited 1h to be served in an abandoned hotel. On the day of the tour, a guide who seemed to have been hired for the service that didn't belong to the company. In short, the company outsourced everything and with poor quality. Be careful because they charge expensive and don't deliver.

We made the main tours with the agency Machu Picchu Travel and it was the best decision. Our 2 guides were wonderful, both Franklin and the Santos guide gave us a lot of attention and excellent explanations. We love everything and every attention from agency tb. Super recommend.

I traveled with my family to Cusco and Machu Picchu and hired the services of the agency “Travel Machu Picchu”. My experience was great! From the first contact with assistant Lisette everything went very well. She was always very inquisitive, sending the budgets quickly and guiding us in the best way. The whole team was wonderful! The guide Franco, driver Júlio, Dani, finally, all very attentive. Always punctual and helping us with everything we need. I just have to thank everyone 🙏 Note 10 for the agency!!!

The administrative part of the agency is bad. I had serious personal problems with my father hospitalized at the ICU in severe condition and had to cancel my trip, and in the meantime my mother died. This agency did not accept all the supporting documents that I sent and charged 50% of the contracted amount to remark my trip. Everything I hired outside the agency (fly tickets, hotels and restaurants) I managed to remarket without any additional charge. A total lack of sensitivity and inflexibility. The other problem I had was the total absence of replies to numerous emails and WhatsApp messages when I needed to confirm whether I could have an online meeting on a given day and time when we would be in Machu Pichu. If it wasn't for the Guide who attended us (Alex) I ⁇ 't have made the meeting. Worst agency I've ever used! The excess of guides who are very attentive!

The Guide Franco is very responsible, committed, has a lot of knowledge. He contributed a lot with our tour. It was fantastic to unravel the sacred valley.
