Die lokale Biersommelierin Carien empfängt Sie in ihrem privaten Verkostungsraum und führt Sie in die wunderbare Welt der belgischen Craft-Biere ein. Sie werden vier Biersorten probieren, gepaart mit etwas Fingerfood (wie Käse/Schokolade), während sie Ihnen mehr über Bier, Brauerei und alle lokalen Brüsseler Brauereien erzählen wird, die Sie entdecken können. Kleine Gruppen, leckere Biere mit Snacks und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Trinkst du keinen Alkohol? Wir können folgende Alternativen arrangieren: - Alkoholfreie Bierverkostung (0,0%) - alkoholfreie Bierverkostung (max. 0,5%) - Softdrinkverkostung Reisen Sie mit Kindern? Wenn Sie mit minderjährigen Kindern kommen möchten, lassen Sie es uns bitte im Voraus wissen. Ab 8 Jahren organisieren wir eine Softdrink-Verkostung. Für Kinder unter 8 Jahren stellen wir Getränke, Snacks und einige Spielzeug zur Verfügung, wenn nötig. Kinder werden immer unter Ihrer Aufsicht im selben Raum sein. Wir werden NIE Bier oder alkoholfreies Bier an Kinder ausschenken!

We did the VIP beer tasting for two and had a great time. The beer selection was excellent, with some beers we had never tried before. A real highlight was tasting a young and an aged Orval side by side and discovering how much the flavour changes over time. The food pairings were also fantastic and really added to the experience. It was interesting to see how different cheese, chocolates and other bites brought out new flavours in the beers. Carien is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about beer. The explanations were interesting without ever feeling overwhelming, and I learned a lot throughout the evening. I would also like to mention the attention to detail, that really made it special. Everything felt very personal and well thought out. A fun, enriching and memorable experience. We would definitely do it again and would happily recommend it to others.

Two hours packed with sampling very diverse Christmas and winter beers and learning more about brewing, ingredients and craft-beer ecosystem in Brussels, Belgium and beyond. Cosy atmosphere, a knowledgeable host, beer and treats (cheese & chocolate) with friends - what more could you wish for?
