1h30 – Louvre-Highlights optional „Familien mit Kindern“ – Englisch/Esp

This was a great, fast, highlights tour of the Louvre. We had 6 people from age 10 to 78 and everyone enjoyed it. The three kids who were not really interested in going stayed engaged and had a good time.

I shouldn’t tell you because I’d like to be sure that Cinthia is available for our next visit;-) but Cinthia was absolutely exceptional: captivating for my 3 daughters aged 7 to 11 (and myself) punctual, not counting her time, structured, gentle and patient, attentive, caring. A pearl that allows our children’s apples to discover art and history with interest, curiosity and wonder. We didn’t see the time pass and at the end of our session, my daughters acquired so much information... It’s fantastic. Cinthia also works to ensure that the selected art points are retained by our little creatures. Highly recommended

A wonderful tour full of interesting information. Very engaging with our 10 year old daughter. Cinthia is a great tour guide. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She also calmly and expertly navigated some unexpected challenges with closures during our tour. We would have been totally lost without her!

Cinthia was an amazing guide. She was fantastic with our 2 older boys and kept them engaged with stories and activities. With somewhere as overwhelming as the Louvre, she distilled it down to primarily 6 works of art (with lots of other things sprinkled in between) and wove together a really interesting and inspiring tour. We had a different guide (also good) for Versailles but Cinthia was the best!

Cynthia was fantastic. She kept our kids involved and excited the whole time. There were activities prepared for them to help with learning about the art pieces and well as being so interactive and fun. She also made sure we, as adults, learned things also. She was so organized and told us exactly where to meet and when. And the kids loved it. We were really happy and highly recommend!

No recibí él servicio y no quisieron reembolsar el servicio pagado y no recibido. En mi país eso se llama ROBO. La aplicación y la página te mandan a un sitio diferente al que te cita el operador. La comunicación es fatal, lenta e imprecisa pues solo te mandan mensaje por la aplicación que para leerlos tienes que entrar a servicio a clientes y después contactar al operador y solo después puedes ver los mensajes, mismos que solo pude ver cuando en mi desesperación al no encontrar al guía en el lugar al que te dirige la aplicación, al intentar comunicarme con el operador me enteré que existían esos mensajes. Nunca intentaron contactarme por otro medio a pesar de no contestar en el único en el que te buscan lo cual es obvio que si no contestas es porque no has visto los mensajes. Además MINTIERON diciendo que me habían intentado contactar por WhatsApp para ROBAR el dinero del servicio que no recibí y para no hacer el reembolso. A pesar de explicar que la aplicación te manda a un sitio diferente, y aún así llegar 7 minutos después al otro sitio tardaron en contestar 20 minutos sólo diciendo que ya no podían contactar al guía. Mi visita al Louvre y la de mis hijos quedó arruinada, solo perdí tiempo tratando de contactarles sin éxito. Contraté este tour para facilitarme la visita al Louvre y las instrucciones que mandan son confusas e inexactas, solo me hicieron la entrada más complicada. Nuevamente, el operador del Tour nunca me contactó directamente. Para eso contratas un Tour, porque no sabes y no conoces el lugar. Además, me pidieron que buscara una persona con una bolsa amarilla, de las cuales había por lo menos 10 personas con bolsas amarillas a las que les pregunté y ninguna era la guía. A quién se le ocurre citar a alguien que no conoce un lugar tan grande y ponerlo a jugar “ encuentra a Wally” El staff de Viator, sólo se limitó a preguntarle al operador si quería o no hacerme el reembolso, como ya lo describí el operador, sólo se limitó a decir, con mentiras que me había buscado por otro medio y que no me regresarían mi dinero, perpetuando el ROBO. Al final a base de mentiras y mala comunicación lograron ROBAR el dinero que pague y NUNCA recibí el servicio. Ni la aplicación ni el operador se hicieron responsables de habernos citado en dos distintos lugares y se robaron el dinero que pague. I did not received the service and they did not want to refund the service paid and not received. In my country that is called STEALING. The application and the page sends you to a different site than the one the operator does. The communication is fatal, and imprecise because they only send you a message through the application which to read, you have to enter to help desk, then contact the operator and only then you can see the messages sen. Those same ones that I could only see when in my despair while not finding the guide in the place to which the application directs you, when trying to communicate with the operator I found out that those messages existed. They never tried to contact me by another means despite not answering in the only one in which they are looking for you, which is obvious that if you do not answer it is because you have not seen the messages. They also LIED saying that they had tried to contact me by WhatsApp to STEAL my money for the service that I did not receive and not to make any refund. Despite explaining that the application sends you to a different place, and still arriving 7 minutes later at the other site, it took 20 minutes to receive an answer just saying that they could no longer contact the guide. My visit to the Louvre and that of my children was ruined, I just wasted time trying to contact them without success. I hired this tour to facilitate my visit to the Louvre and the instructions they send are confusing and inaccurate, they only made the most complicated entrance. Again, the Tour operator never contacted me directly. That's why you hire a Tour, because you don't know the place. In addition, they asked me to look for a person with a yellow bag, of which there were at least 10 people with yellow bags that I asked and none of them was the guide. Who thinks of telling someone who doesn't know in such a big place and putting him to play "find Wally" The Viator staff, only limited themselves to asking the operator whether or not she wanted to give me the refund. Obviously the operator only limited herself saying, with lies, that she had looked for me by another means and that they would not return my money, perpetuating the THEFT. In the end, based on lies and bad communication, they managed to STEAL the money I paid and I NEVER received the service. Neither the application nor the operator assumed their responsibility for having summoned us in two different places and stole the money I paid.

This tour was very worthwhile- it improved our “ Louvre day “ greatly. Cinthia was very knowledgeable and passionate, and was able to make some of the major “standard” Louvre works MUCH more interesting with very human stories and interesting facts. She did a great job with our 9 year old, keeping her interested and engaged (and a little bit challenged) with age appropriate activities for what we were seeing- she then could give us more in depth info while our daughter was occupied. If you’re traveling all the way to Paris snd take in major sites, the”extra” cost of a good tour guide can make the difference between a memorable interesting experience and just another day at another museum. We got off to a rocky start because we were running late (daughter was not wanting to get up!!!) and then the signage (lack of) made finding the Carrousel entrance challenging, with dropped WhatsApp calls and frustration. After getting over that, it went very well. I’d definitely recommend.

We had an amazing experience on the Louvre Highlights Tour with Cinthia! Having a guide who knew the museum so well made all the difference. Cinthia shared fascinating insights into the history of several major works of art, and her ability to engage our three children (ages 10, 8, and 5) was truly impressive. Although the tour was designed with the kids in mind, my husband and I came away feeling like we learned so much more than we would have exploring on our own—even if we’d spent twice as long. Cinthia‘s knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly approach made this tour a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend Cinthia and Paris in Tour to anyone visiting Paris, especially families!

I write this message to thank Cintia for the two visits at the Louvre with my 6-year-old son and friends. The first one about Mesopotamia was so beautiful that I quickly asked him to show us the part of Egypt. I hope that next month we can do the part of the great works of the Louvre. I recommend it to everyone! Until January!
