Our 15-day trek to Everest Base Camp with Nepal Social Treks was an incredible experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to our amazing guide, Narayan. He kept us motivated, safe, and always in good spirits. Was such an awesome person to have guiding us. The itinerary was well paced, and the whole team including our amazing porters took great care of us throughout. Reaching Everest Base Camp was unforgettable, and we couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend Nepal Social Treks to anyone planning a trek in Nepal!

My partner Noah and I, along with my parents just completed the 14-day EBC trek with Nepal Social Treks. This was a life-changing and surreal experience! Our guide, Narayan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the altitude, local and cultural context, and surrounding landscape. He was super hospitable, and respected the varied fitness levels ensuring that all of us were able to complete the trek safely and comfortably. When we wanted to amend plans due to weather conditions, Narayan was able to be flexible and create a new plan for us to reach EBC and return to Lukla within our schedule. Our porters, Bir Kaji and Bir Badur, were fantastic. Bir Badur was incredibly cheerful person who always had a smile on his face. While Bir Kaji was always there to lend a hand and give support. With there help it made the hike much easier. I admire their strength and hard-work. The Tea Houses, especially Namche Bazaar, were quite lovely. As you go up they do become a little bit more bare, however, the food was always amazing and such a variety for all tastes. The scenery—especially as we walked through Pangboche—was breathtaking. This was incredibly challenging and tiring in parts, but 100% worth it! If my partner and I come back to do ABC we will definitely hope to go with Narayan and Nepal Social Treks.

We recently completed a private trek to EBC with Nepal Social. It was excellent. Our guide Narayan and our 2 porters Bir Badu and Bir Kaji made our trip such a great experience absolutely highlighted by getting to Base Camp to see the sun come out on Everest. Narayan was always so helpful, thought of every detail and made sure we had the best experience all the while doing it with the greatest sense of humour. He tried to accommodate all our requests and gave great ideas and alternatives which were sometimes even better than the planned itinerary. I would absolutely highly recommend Nepal Social.

I booked my trip through Nepalviaje (website in spanish) and from the first moment everything was perfect. Starting with Fernando that was answering really fast all our questions, when we arrive to Kathmandu the person waiting for us in the airport was absolutely fantastic, he wait over and hour for us cause it tooks a while to get out of the airport, the hotel for the first and last night is absolutely brilliant, when you arrive to the Office everything is super clear and they make you feel at home. The Trek is a experience of a lifetime, our guide Lhakpa IS the best guide ever and will not only guide you all the way to the base camp but show you things about culture and take care about every single details, lodges are always fantastic with a huge variaty of food. We made it with other girl and all of us reach EBC, Lhakpa will give you all the good advices to make it and the company will take care of everything, even the last day Basu(the manager of the company) call us to provide a helicopter service to come back to Kathmandu as the weather in Lukla was mean to be bad for a couple of days. 10/10 for this company and all the people involve on it

EBC trek is not exactly an easy trek but it is unforgettable. We had almost everything rain, sun, snow, incredible view. And more than we had our guide Bishnu who was a very good guide, very friendly and professional , very open to our proposal when we had problems. Without him and without our porter I don’t kkow if we would finished the entire trek.

I did the everest base camp trekking with the guide Kamal, and I couldn’t have better guide! He was nice and careful all the time! I met him in my first day in Kathmandu (2 days before the trekking) and he helped me to buy the clothes i didn’t have. During trekking he helped me a lot when I felt bad because of the altitude. He gave me pills and brought me food in the room. Everyday at night he explain about the next day and this was very good to prepare myself for the day. My experience with Nepal Social, Bassú the owner, and my guide Kamal couldn’t be better, i really liked and recommend this company!

What an epic trek! Thank you to Bishnu our guide! We had an amazing time with our two kids (10 and 11 years old) to base camp. Bishnu coordinated all our accommodation, meals and administration through the trek and with his huge amount of experience, knowledge and networks made it even more memorable and comfortable for our kids. I highly recommend Nepal Social Treks, excellent communication by Basu for all coordination leading up to our arrival. An experience we will never forget and a must for anyone thinking about going!

I’ve just completed the 15 day Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Social Treks and can’t praise the company, guide & porter highly enough. My guide in particular, Lhakpa was an absolute star who could not do enough to make the time away as comfortable as possible. Considerate, knowledgeable, funny, kind & inspiring. I genuinely don’t think I could have completed the trek without their support! A lifetime ambition completed thanks :)
