Aber für ein echtes Sri Lanka-Erlebnis sollten Sie nicht versäumen, mit Einheimischen in Kontakt zu treten und sich einen Eindruck von ihrer echten Kultur (en) zu verschaffen. Unser Ziel als lokaler Reiseveranstalter ist es, Ihnen nicht nur die beeindruckendsten touristischen Highlights zu zeigen, sondern auch Land und Leute und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die vom Massentourismus unberührt geblieben sind, sowie einen Vorgeschmack auf die lokale Küche. Diese Rundtour beinhaltet keine Unterkunft. Auf diese Weise können Sie Hotels oder Pensionen Ihrer Wahl buchen. Dies gilt nicht für die ersten drei Nächte in Mihintale, wenn die Unterkunft festgelegt ist. Der Grund ist, dass Sie mit Einheimischen in meiner Heimatstadt in Kontakt kommen und die Möglichkeit haben, in meiner eigenen Küche mehr über die srilankische Küche zu erfahren.

We decided to leave for Sri Lanka out of curiosity: just naming it opened up wild, uncontaminated scenarios, explorations and other eras. We "prepared" by reading a bit of everything and everywhere. Then the meeting with our "driver/guide" opened the box of wonders! Nuwan is deeply in love with his land and manages to infect you with his enthusiasm: his stories - a mix of history and legends - know how to involve you and never tire you. Having lived in Italy he managed to anticipate our desires, and to build a connection between our culture and the Sri Lankan one to make us better understand. Very knowledgeable, professional, tireless, cheerful and fun, he was able to respond to our doubts, our curiosities and our requests. He acted as an intermediary with his people, allowing us to get to know, to interact without interfering, to savor every smile, every gesture, every courtesy. He introduced us with profound respect to the customs, ceremonies and aspects of people's daily lives: what we like most about a trip. La ringrazio molto per l’apprezzamento del mio entusiasmo instancabile nel far conoscere la cultura del Paese. Sono felice che la ricchezza delle informazioni non sia risultata troppo faticosa.
