Our recent trip to Vietnam doing the “ Highlights of Vietnam” definitely exceeded our expectations! We weren’t sure what to expect as it was our first tour with Trip a Deal. Travel is my passion & I have been traveling for at least 40 years, My travel has been usually with family & friends in group tours from Thomas Cook, SOTC, Kesari, Veena World etc. mostly for the North & South America, Africa, Europe, Middle east & far east Asia etc. In the past I have also done a few solo trips within India. This time When was planning a trip, I was bit sceptical to travel solo to Vietnam. However, Mr. Parth from LVP travel assured me that this will be my most memorable solo trip (I will give him 10/10 for keeping the promise). I booked with them and was really impressed with their services, some sightseeing tours were just for me with vehicle, driver and guide and some were joining other groups was also great fun. It was 11 days customised holiday and felt like I needed at least 11 more days. The professional team of LVP Travel is really one of the best I have ever experienced. Mr. Nolan my tour coordinator was available to answer within a minute. They created a special WhatsApp group only for me being a solo traveller and the communication was passed on swiftly. It is my decision that next year I will travel again to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos through LVP Travel and definitely refer them to my friends and relatives. Went on a 10 Days Vietnam tour organized by Ms Jenny from LVP Travel, starting at HCMC, and then to Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and finally, Ha Long Bay. This trip included 6 hotels, 4 flights, and multiple activities along the way. Ms Jenny provided excellent service, and had to change our itinerary multiple times, on account of Typhoon Yagi, which hit Northern Vietnam, including Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, just two days before our scheduled arrive there. She worked diligently and kept us in constant communication re: our options for activities that needed to be re-scheduled. Even though our Ha Long Bay overnight cruise was cancelled due to Yagi, she kept us up to date and managed to book an extra 2 days trip to Ninh Binh, and ultimately, a day cruise to Ha Long Bay, after our 10 days and before our departure back to Canada. She also went out of her way to help us change flights and hotels as needed. Very grateful for her experience and patience in navigating an initial 10 day trip with our additional 3 day stay, which has left us with many, many wonderful memories of this beautiful country, with all of its natural landscapes, temples, history, food and kind people. I would highly recommend the service of LVP Travel, and the especially the services by Ms Jenny and her team. Kind regards from Canada.
