We were a group of four friends looking for something adventurous but also relaxing. The Experience delivered on both fronts. The Admission fee was completely inclusive which made budgeting easy. The Length of visit was just right. Eleven days allowed us to see Cairo Luxor Aswan and Sharm without rushing. The Atmosphere on the cruise ship was lively and social. We met other travelers at the bar every night. The Crowd size at the Red Sea resort was larger but the beach was spacious enough. The Staff at the cruise were fantastic. One guide even stayed late to help us find a pharmacy. Best for Friends who want a social and active holiday.

I booked this trip thinking it would be just another vacation but honestly it turned into something I will never forget. The Experience from the moment we landed was smooth and we didn't worry about a single thing. Everything was handled for us. The Admission fee felt like a lot at first but after seeing what was included I felt it was completely fair. Five star hotels a cruise and a resort in Sharm plus domestic flights. No hidden charges at all. The Length of visit was perfect not too rushed and not too slow. Eleven days felt like the right amount. The Atmosphere everywhere we went was welcoming and warm. Even in busy spots the vibe was calm. The Crowd size was manageable and our guide knew how to avoid the peak times. The Staff were incredibly helpful especially the hotel teams in Cairo and Sharm. Best for Couples who want a mix of adventure and relaxation without any stress.

We were a bit worried about traveling with a big group but it ended up being the best decision. The Experience covered so much ground from the pyramids to the Red Sea. The Admission fee included literally everything so we never had to pull out our wallets for extras. That was a huge relief. The Length of visit was just right because we got to see major sites without feeling like we were on a military march. The Atmosphere in Sharm El Sheikh was so chill and the cruise had this elegant quiet energy at night. The Crowd size at the GEM was large but our guide knew the shortcuts so we never waited long. The Staff on the cruise ship were always smiling and remembered our names by day two. Best for Families who want a hassle free trip with teenagers who need both culture and beach time.

I went solo and honestly I was nervous about joining a group tour. But from day one I felt included and comfortable. The Experience was very well organized and I never felt lost or alone. The Admission fee seemed high when I booked but when I realized it covered four different cities domestic flights and even tips in some places I changed my mind. The Length of visit was ideal for a solo traveler because you have time to absorb everything. The Atmosphere on the cruise ship was relaxed and social without being loud. I met other solo travelers easily. The Crowd size at the Red Sea resort was moderate and I found a quiet corner by the pool every afternoon. The Staff at the hotels were super friendly and one receptionist even helped me book a last minute massage. Best for Solo travelers who want safety comfort and a chance to meet people.

We were skeptical about group tours but this one changed our minds completely. The Experience was rich and varied. One day you are inside the grand Egyptian museum and the next you are snorkeling in Sharm. The Admission fee was high upfront but when we added up the flights the cruise and the all inclusive meals we realized we actually saved money. The Length of visit was generous especially the three days at the Red Sea resort which felt like a real break. The Atmosphere on the Nile cruise was calm and luxurious with nice music in the lounge each evening. The Crowd size was decent not overwhelming. The Staff on the cruise ship were professional and the waiter remembered our coffee order every morning. Best for Couples who want a romantic yet adventurous escape.

The highlight of this experience besides the monuments was the tour guides and driver. Zaina Muhammad and Dr. Gerber truly made this experience redeemable. It is truly off putting to pay a lot of money for an experience and see when a company is trying to profit as much as possible from you. The hotels selected were not up to par were not clean and did not offer basic amenities. When asked for this to be rectified I was blown off an told nothing could be done until the next day only to waste more time the next day as they had not even attempted to rectify the situation. I had to look up a hotel my self (after already also disappointed in Cairo) wasting time from my vacation time to take care of this and on top pay for this mistake myself. The attempted solution for this was a free trip to Alexandria and a free lunch which was covered by Dr. Gerber himself who was not associated with the wrong doing of this situation at all however heard about it and wanted to rectify it. I complained the first days after being placed in an Inn in Cairo instead of a decent even 3 star hotel, for which I had to go downstairs to ask for basic items as my room did not even have a phone to call reception and that was not an amenity offered in that room (a clear attempt at providing the least service possible to save money) after complaining I was told the this will be made up for on the next hotel. The next was the boat for which I received the same room as other clients for the tour who paid much less. There was no redemption at the next place I just got the room I was already going to get. When it was time for sharm el sheik was the worst experience again the hotel was dirty paint was chipping off the view was of the back of a wall and the beach required walking across the plaza only to be at a crowded sectioned off space where there were no available chairs. I can’t help but think this was the intention, once I had lived through each experience I couldn’t take it back and they had made their money. I felt scammed. Again I would like to say that Zaina Muhammad and Dr. Gerber were truly the best. Muhammad defended me every morning and made sure I had my to go breakfast box a relief to feel looked out for when you’re in a vulnerable situation. Zaina was a breath of fresh air and truly made me feel at ease inspiring trust and being compassionate of my situation. And Dr Gerber although I only met him once took me to dinner without asking for anything at all from me and I met one of his friend and truly had a great time even after he heard of my bad experience he stepped in to make it better. This tour company must make the effort to give their clients what they are told they are buying do not try to deceive them people are not stupid they may not say it to your face like I did but it will certainly get around that are leaving Egypt with a bad taste in their mouths mostly because of these kinds of experiences, it was certainly one of the reasons I delayed this trip after having traveled to so many places.
