Do not trust this company with your family's transportation! They are not reliable. I booked two 1 way transfers for my cruise out of port canaveral. The first portion of the trip was great! The driver Jose messaged us when our flight landed in MCO and met my party at baggage claim. Our flight had a delay and the company tracked us and were promt to pick us up and safely gor us to our accommodations in Port Canaveral. The issue was our 2nd transfer from Port Canaveral back to the airport. On arrival to our port the office called to inform us that the driver was help up in an accident and he did now know when or if he could get to us. I asked him to please try and keep me informed as we had no alternative transportation. We prepaid for their services in full in advance. I was the one who booked this company and trusted them. The gentleman said he could refund us. As most know this is no help as a refund takes time to process and we were stranded at the port with flight we had to make out of MCO. I ended up paying a company on sight $420 for my party of 14 to get from the airport. We ended up waiting over an hour with elderly family and children for the new transportationto arrive. This was a hardship as no one else had budgeted for this unforseen abandonment and I felt responsible for choosing this company. I still have not received a refund and thia occurred on April 19th. This was very disappointing and the company did not seem to care and acted as is if this was no big deal!

Our experience with Best Luxury Transportation was excellent. The driver Omar arrived on time for our trips to Port Canaveral and back to the airport. He was very professional and courteous. The Mercedes provided was first class as well. My family of 11 was very happy with the arrangements! The office handled our last minute departure change perfectly as well. I am happy to recommend them!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP AND WILL TURN OFF THEIR CELL PHONES!!!!! 12 of us left stranded after paying, and receiving a confirmation. They never showed and turned their phones off. Pictures below!

We reserved a transport from mco to hotel and then port to mco . The first pickup was great, luxury transit van like stated on the website , professional driver. The return was another story. Sent a ford transit van , no car seats( as was in our agreement) very unprofessional driver . No protective barrier for luggage so if in an emergency we would have had luggage falling into the passengers and only when we said something did he stop stacking. The van smelled of burning fuels that was so heavy. The driver was sick coughing all over , trying to get things out of his bag while driving . I called the owner from the port and again many time over to try and rectify this situation with no response. Just be ware that you get what you contracted

Our experience with Best Luxury was very positive. Our driver was very accommodating. The cruise ship arrived earlier than expected. We contacted our driver and he was able to come pick us up sooner than scheduled. We got to the airport safely! I would definitely book again.

Our ship arrived earlier than we expected. We contacted our driver and he was able to accommodate us by coming earlier than our scheduled arrival time. Great driver courtesy and got us from the port to the airport safely.
