Pleasant way to see the city
It was a pleasant, low key cruise. It was nice seeing the city from the Rhine. The staff was attentive, giving us the heads up for the shady side of the boat.

Do it only if you are tired or you have time
Only if you have time. You can cross the river and can see the city on the other side and by free. It is relaxing if you want a break.

Great view of Cologne from the water
It was a great way to see Cologne from a different perspective than on the crowded streets. Audio from the speakers pointed out highlights.

Lovely chilled hour with drinks on the river
Lovely boat trip, tricky to find where to start from but all good from there. Was lovely, not that much to see in this area on a short trip, but was still great and drinks were offered for purchase quickly. A really lovely chilled hour on the river

Get there Early!
Get to the ticket station a half hour early. Ask the ticket person what dock your boat will leave from. They might change the dock you need to leave from and you need time to adjust. The tour was nice but honestly, you can get a nice closer view with a bike or scooter. The views were very pretty.

Not my recommended experience
I would not recommend… it was a large ship, and when the gates opened, you walked on listen to a recorded message during the ship, and then when it pulled up, he walked off I prefer a small group environment

Horrible
We went to the meeting point where the application indicated and we had the cruise at 6:00 PM, it was raining a lot and no boat left from there. I have proof that we were exactly where the application says, we could not do the activity due to reasons beyond my control and they are not giving me a refund either.

Not eventful. Lack of information.
Nit eventful, lacck of information. Reservation says includes all, not correct: beverages and snacks but with a cost. I have taken this type of tours all over the world, this is the least interesting.

Boat ride was nice, but I wish it wasn't a recording. It was not that informative as I wish someone was talking to us, not a recording to be able to ask questions and get more information.
