Absolut originelles und ungewöhnliches Sinneserlebnis für die Neugierigsten und Interessiertsten an kleinen lokalen Produktionen: Wir werden 3 handwerklich hergestellte Liköre probieren, die auf völlig natürliche Weise mit manuellen Verfahren durch die Kombination lokaler Essenzen wie Rosmarin, Lorbeer, Minze, Sellerie mit Gewürzen wie z. B. gewonnen werden wie Ingwer, schwarzer Pfeffer, Zimt, Koriander und andere.

I chose this tasting of spirits as a Christmas gift and it turned out to be a really good idea, turning into a nice aperitif, original and very pleasant in every respect. The liqueurs are all produced by the owners and you can immediately feel the passion, study and attention behind each bottle. During the tasting we tasted L’Elettrico, L’Arrogante and L’Ambizioso: three very different liqueurs, each with a well-defined personality, capable of surprising both for the balance of flavors and for their decisive but never excessive identity. To complete the experience, a bitter of their production, intense and harmonious, perfect to close the tasting path. A great added value was the combination with food: each proposal was designed with great precision, so as to enhance the characteristics of the liqueurs without covering them, creating a refined and consistent balance. Nothing was left to chance, and each taste had its own meaning within the overall journey. Overall, an authentic, refined and very pleasant experience, ideal both as a gift and as a moment to share. Highly recommended to those who appreciate artisan liqueurs, the quality of raw materials and tastings made with real passion and expertise. Absolutely worth trying!
What about, more than positive experience, very good liqueurs, rich in flavors, well balanced, aromatic, even with closed eyes you can perceive the herbs used, but thanks to the detailed explanation of Riccardo and the accompanying delicacies of his mother, not forgetting the delicious place chosen for tastings, gives a unique experience. Highly recommended and why not, you can go home with a bottle in your hands... spoiler, is going to throw a gem, tasted in preview, found very good.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you for the great experience.
Excellent family farm with 300 olive trees. Good access from the motorway. Warm, friendly hosts. Riccardo and his mum prepared a super experience with experimental liquors. Plants,spices of the region, as black celery from Trevi and onion of Cannara..3 types of liquors with 3 matched plates of local snacks. Ambitious, Arrogant, Eclectic- we cannot wait the 4th to try!
