Abholung von Ihrem Hotel oder überall in Delhi um 4 Uhr morgens und Transfer zum Flughafen New Delhi. Der Flug startet um 6:20 Uhr nach Varanasi. Ankunft am Flughafen von Varanasi um 08:00 Uhr. Fahrt in die Stadt Varanasi, frisch im 4-5-Sterne-Hotel. Weiterfahrt mit dem Boot auf dem Ganges, um die Bade-Ghats (oder Schritte von einem Flussufer entfernt) und Einäscherungsstätten zu besichtigen. Sie besuchen den Bharat Mata Tempel, in den eine riesige Reliefkarte von Indien aus Marmor gehauen ist. Anschließend besuchen Sie den Durga-Tempel Tulsi Manas Mandir und unternehmen eine Rikscha- (Dreirad-) Fahrt durch die geschäftigen Straßen und Basare von Varanasi. Mittagspause, Mittagessen wird in lokalen klimatisierten Restaurants angeboten. Nach dem Mittagessen besuchen Sie Sarnath, ein sehr wichtiges Pilgerzentrum für Buddhisten, denn hier predigte der Buddha seine erste Predigt, nachdem er die Erleuchtung erlangt hatte. Sarnaths Tempel und das dazugehörige archäologische Museum sind voller buddhistischer Kunst und Schätze. Nach der Besichtigung von Varanasi Transfer zum Flughafen Varanasi und Abflug nach Delhi. Ankunft am Flughafen Delhi und Transfer zu Ihrem Hotel in Delhi um 22 Uhr.

I very much wanted to see Varanasi, but only had a day available. Vinay and his team made it happen; the sacred Ganges, the pilgrims on the riverfront ghats, the city backstreets. Vinay helped me understand the importance of Sarnath to Buddhist pilgrims. A very memorable day, if you're willing to make an early start and get back to Delhi fairly late. Be sure to check with the tour organizers early, as the Delhi-Varanasi flight schedules seem to vary -
