My time in Zhangjiajie National Park with Chandler was simply wonderful. Not only was Chandler always able to provide information and share lots of interesting stories, but his English skills are rock-solid. This isn’t just, as is often the case with others, about his ability to express himself, but also about his ability to truly understand the travelers and tailor the tour to their individual needs. We had a very nice time with our guide Mary, she made our day better by showing us the beautiful Zhangjiajie Forrest Park. She gave us a lot of information and we saw amazing landscapes. Mary knew the right places.

A friend and I joined a two-day tour in Zhangjiajie, China, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. On the first day, we explored the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with our guide, Tracy. On the second day, as scheduled, Laura guided us through the Glass Bridge and the Heavenly Gate (Tianmen Mountain). Both days were exceptionally well organized, and each destination offered breathtaking scenery and unforgettable experiences. What made this tour stand out even more was the professionalism of both guides. Tracy and Laura were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire experience. They shared fascinating historical and cultural insights, made sure everyone was comfortable, pointed out the best viewpoints, recommended great places to eat, and even helped us find the perfect spots for photos. Their guidance made everything smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. Whether you're traveling alone, with friends, as a couple, or with children, I highly recommend this tour. The itinerary itself is absolutely worth it, but having Tracy and Laura leading the two days made the experience even more memorable. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the group transformed an already amazing trip into an exceptional one. We couldn't have asked for better guides, and we wholeheartedly recommend both of them.

From start to finish the tour was so well organised! Bay-Lee was on the ball from the minute go. Her English was brilliant this helped when we where pn the tour. She was very informative and knew her stuff ! Would recommened her and the tour everytime. 10 outta 10 couldny fault it. Wpuld maybe book zipline and boat in advanced as it wasnt included in this tour.

We had a really great time with Baylee. She is super friendly and works really hard to ensure you and your group will have a great time. She is very accommodating and will help with anything you need. Highly recommend!

The experience from start to finish was amazing! Laura's energy from the get go kept everyone upbeat and ready for a good time. The whole tour was flawless , the way it was organised juat flowed so well with our day! Laura made sure we had plenty of options for places to eat , drink and most importantly pee! If I could give one recommendation it would be to take plenty of loo roll up the mountains, the toilets arnt the prettiest. Laura took loads of photos for us aswell and this was greatly appreciated. 10 outta 10 would highly recommend

Laura was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable, caring and funny. She kept us on good pace without rushing. We saw so many top Zhang Jia Jie spots in one day, it felt like a week of travel! In many cases, she gave us possible quick side trips for those who were not tired. Lunch was incredible, away from the crowds, very high quality Cantonese / Sichuan restaurant with reasonable prices and very fast service. 16,000 steps, 7 hours, lifelong memories - THANK YOU Laura!
