Driver was waiting for me at the airport and was easy to find. Very friendly and helpful with my bags.

Unfortunately, this company does not seem to have an effective backup plan when something goes wrong, and this left us feeling very frustrated. Our flight arrived on time, and it took us around 45 minutes to collect our luggage and clear immigration and customs. However, when we exited the airport, there was no driver waiting for us with a sign displaying our name. Although the company had contacted us before the transfer, all communication was through Viator's messaging system. This meant that when we couldn't find our driver, the only way to contact the company was through Viator, which is not a real-time communication service. There is a phone number listed on Viator, but you need a local phone to call it. I also tried contacting the number via WhatsApp, but it was not connected to a WhatsApp account. After waiting for around 30 minutes, I finally received a call from the driver advising that he was on his way. The main issue was not that there was a delay, but that there appeared to be no effective way to contact the company or driver when we couldn't find each other. A reliable airport transfer service should have a clear backup process for situations like this. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Very very informative guide. Loved the attentiveness and care the guide took throughput the tour. We had an elderly lady in our group and our guide took exceptional care of her making the entire tour memorable and perfect. Would positively recommend this tour to all.

Car and driver were not at airport when we arrived, very tired and anxious to get to our hotel. We called the tour operator and they said they would call us right back. After about 5 minutes I texted the operator who texted back that the driver had gone to the hotel and not the airport. Not sure that was true but giving the operator the benefit of the doubt, they said another driver was in the area and would be there to pick us up in 20 minutes that ended up being nearly 45 minutes. From that point on the service was as expected.
