I wish we had gotten names of the crew to thank them appropriately. We were traveling with our 19 month old and she wanted to run around, but that's not an option so she was unhappy. The first mate took her and entertained her while my husband and I enjoyed the trip. They were truly amazing with her and we appreciate their attentiveness more than we could ever say!

We took the water taxi over to tour around Mt Pleasant on our bikes. The captain and crew were outstanding. We enjoyed it so much went back the next day to tour the USS Yorktown and stopped for a drink at the Charleston Harbor Tiki Bar. Highly recommend. Did see dolphins both trips.

Tour guide was especially helpful, informed , and supportive. I was solo with my two young kids and she was cheerful, and accommodating.

It was the busiest day of the year, we had to wait a bit, but Dallas took us on the tender around for a long time. It's worth seeing the Charleston bay this way and highly recommend taking the water taxi to get around the bay.

My parents and I had an amazing time on the Charleston Water Taxi! This was our first time riding on a boat together as a family, which made the experience even more memorable and special. The customer service from Dallas and David was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had a great time. We got to dance, listen to great music, take pictures with the staff, and simply enjoy the beautiful experience together. It was such a fun and unforgettable family memory! We weren't sure where we should start this tour with a toddler and what to do once we got to our destination but the driver helped us with some food options and also helped us get our stroller onto the taxi. We saw a couple of dolphins and they slowed both times for us to see them well. They were on time and prompt. We began our ride at the maritime area near the aquarium and rode to the Patriot. From there we had lunch at the FishHouse and walked the marina for a bit until catching the taxi back. It was a nice way to get a fresh breeze and sit for a little while in the heat.

Left disappointed. When we got picked up the 1st mate was very friendly and informative with knowledge of the area. While the female captain didn’t really talk and when she did it seemed to just be about her personal life. Sadly the 1st mate was dropped off at our 1st stop.From our understanding he was a captain himself hitching a ride. The rest of the trip was just lack luster.
