Oplev det mytologiske hjerte af Kreta på vores hele dages Land Rover-eventyr til Zeus Grotte og Lassithi Plateau. I modsætning til overfyldte busture med 40+ passagerer, kan vi rumme op til 6 gæster i luftkonditionerede Land Rover Discovery-køretøjer med lædersæder, der vender fremad – uden trange sidebænke. Din professionelle guide fører dig gennem traditionelle bjerglandsbyer. Besøg en lokal olivenoliefabrik for at smage premium ekstra jomfruolier og lokale produkter. Udforsk den legendariske Zeus Cave (Dikteon Cave), hvor gudernes konge blev født - nedstig ind i imponerende huler med stalaktitter, stalagmitter og underjordiske søer. Oplev den betagende Lassithi Plateau på 840m højde, engang berømt for tusindvis af vindmøller. Gå gennem autentiske landsbyer, mød lokale håndværkere og se det gamle 2.400 år gamle plantræ. Nyd en traditionel kretensisk frokost i en familieejet taverna med lokale vine. Stop ved en keramik workshop for at se håndværkere demonstrere gamle teknikker.

Vi bringer dig til indgangen til Zeus Grotte. Hvis du vil, kan du besøge hulen. Det er imponerende og smukt at se. Der er nogle gåture inkluderet og trapper (op og ned)

Vi henter dig i din hotelvilla eller lejlighed. Vi afhenter ikke fra Chania eller Rethimno. Vi henter til normale ture fra regionerne Chersonissos, Malia, Sissi, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Istron og Ierapetra. Kun til VIP-ture afhenter vi også fra Heraklion.

We did this tour with Costa, and it was simply beautiful. We learned a lot about the island, olive cultivation, and its history. Costa is a great guide. We can only recommend Crete Adventure, and we went on two more tours with them later on.

My new husband and I booked this jeep group to be wedding cars for us, for our wedding. Armin was very helpful with arrangements and all the drivers were very friendly and happy to be helping us on the day. Michael was my driver on the wedding day, he was lovely! All the Guests were thrilled to be riding around Elounda in jeeps with wedding ribbons, beeping horns and bumping up hills to arrive at the wedding venue. It was fabulous! Us and some friends also booked a tour a few days later, and by coincidence, Michael was our driver again! He was very happy to see us. During the tour to Zeus' Cave, he told us lots of information about olive oil making, native plants, Greek and Cretan traditions, history and mythology. We fed goats up the mountain, had coffee breaks in little villages and lunch at Taxiarhos Traditional Taverna - with Demetruis (Crazy raki drinking chef who loves meeting new people and returning guests alike!) On the way back to our resort, we also stopped at a traditional pottery "makers" (if thats the correct word) and another village with a very old monumental plane tree and 100+ year old aqueduct. It was a great tour, with a great driver :) WHEN we return to Crete (which we will do, very soon!) We will definately use this company again, and I hope we see Michael and Armin again too! <3 xxx

Brilliant, funny and entertaining tour, lead by Michael. Each stop was just long enough to see everything; we weren’t rushed but we weren’t waiting around either so it was a great balance. Lunch was excellent, a real highlight of the tour.

The food for lunch made up for everything. Zeus cave was closed and we didn’t stop by another stop, even after a traveler asked why we were driving past the church. We unfortunately did not receive what we booked but what we did was great. We mostly just explored on our own and the driver took us places. The vendors were kind and made it all enjoyable. I am really entitled to a partial refund but I don’t feel like the hassle.
I think you was with another company. we stop at a pottery, at the mythology park, at the olive oil tasting, in Kritza for a walk plus many photoshops. we inform also all customers that the cave is still closed and if they want to do another tour are cancel.
I can’t recommend this tour group any higher. We booked at the last minute because we discovered that today was a holiday and everything was closed. Our expectations were low since we booked what was available and figured it was better than doing nothing today. Wow were we blown away with the experience!! First of all, our guide Panos recognized that the itinerary while fantastic was possibly something we had already seen. Therefore, he quickly called his boss and made a pivot to what we were going to do for the day. It was absolutely phenomenal. We saw the countryside, Little villages, an amazing taverna with the most fabulous food, and the coast of this beautiful island. We were able to take pictures and stop at interesting sites. We heard details about Crete and its history. I’m sure had we seen the planned itinerary it would also have been spectacular, but we had traveled much of those roads already so we were very happy to be flexible. I think that above all else is what I appreciate - the experience that Panos had enabled him to understand what we would enjoy doing and then pivot/slightly customize the tour. The food we ate was also to die for. Such a great day!!!

We had a fantastic day out with Enrico our guide who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we learnt so much from him and saw some amazing sights. Fantastic Creteian meal in the mountains olive tasting, raki and wine tasting. Had a go at pottery throwing . Met some goats up the mountain.
