Vægtgrænser gælder: Maksimal vægt pr. passager er 250 lbs. Den maksimale vægt af alle passagerer tilsammen må ikke overstige 500 lbs. Passagervægt skal angives nøjagtigt ved reservation. Grupper, der når en samlet vægt på 500 lbs, vil blive underlagt en vægtkontrol ved ankomsten til deres fly. Enhver person, der vejer 300 lbs eller mere, vil ikke få tilladelse til at flyve i henhold til flyets begrænsninger. Enhver aflysning af en planlagt flyvning på grund af vægte over den maksimalt tilladte flyvægt (individuel eller kombineret) vil blive opkrævet fuld pris. Very cool seeing the area from the helicopter. We felt extremely safe and relaxed during our experience. Guide was calm and knowledgeable of the area.
Super fun quick 20 minute ride over zephyr cove. Cool to see it from the vantage point of the air after being out on the lake the day before.

They cancelled the helicopter ride and no options They did not call because they have no phone contact... I do not understand They stated maintanance issues In addition no immeditate reimburse of charges.
After reviewing our call logs, we called you on October 28, 2024 (a full week before your tour) and on November 3, 2024 (the day before your tour) to notify you of an extended maintenance event which we could not forecast, and which was out of our control. The aviation maintenance industry has been significantly impacted since COVID with 90% of the shops that perform engine overhaul having gone out of business, creating extremely long wait times for which no forecast or finish date is provided. With regard to reimberursment of charges, we do not collect any funds from customers who purchsae tickets on this platform. We notified the 3rd party reseller from whom you purchased the tickets that the tour did not take place and to refund your money. Please review the terms and conditions regarding reimbursement timing, which you agreed to when you purchased your tickets through that 3rd party reseller, as they are the ones who had your money and they are the ones responsible for returning it to you. They confirmed to us it would be returned, at which point it was out of our hands. I have confirmed it was in fact refunded to you on the intended date of your tour, November 4, 2024.
They called us when we were in our one day rental car to cancel our tour and wanted us to move it to the next day. They said they had to do maintenance on helicopter, we were very disappointed
We apologize for the timing of our call. We have no control over mechanical failures and must respond in a manner consistent with regulations for the sake of safety for the flying guests and the general public. We attempted to remedy the situation by rescheduling, however your schedule did not work. You were refunded the price of the tour according to our terms and conditions when you purchased the ticket. The rest is beyond our control.
The pilot had very good skills and was great to converse with as well as provide narration of the Lake Tahoe over-flight experience.
