Yoga, meditation og lydheling i Zion

It was more than we hoped for. Lovely people an a once in a lifetime experience. The sky was insane and we have photos we’ll keep forever. Can’t recommend it enough!!!!

We did the yoga and stargazing experience in Zion with Jae and Tyler and we could not be happier with how it went! From start to finish, Jae and Tyler were professional, kind, and supportive to us and made the night an unforgettable one. We will be recommending this experience to all of our friends and family when they are in town - definitely worth the cost of admission!

Incredible yoga under the stars & star gazing in Zion experience! We absolutely loved this and can’t recommend it highly enough. Definitely book this for a unique and grounding night you’ll never forget. They take care of everything and it’s amazing how well thought out they whole even was. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience!! This yoga and stargazing tour in Zion National Park is the ultimate desert - zen experience. Jaechon shared a peaceful & beginner friendly yoga practice accompanied by a soothing sound bath. Hot chocolate after completion of yoga was a nice touch, and the perfect segway into Jaechon and Tyler guiding us through the cosmos… Stargazing - and seeing the moon like never before - was something I’ll remember forever! The photos they sent us afterwards were the cherry on the cake. I definitely recommend this experience!!

We had the most amazing experience doing yoga and stargazing in Zion with Cosmic Adventure! Jaechon was a wonderful human to work with. She communicated in a timely manner and was very helpful explaining everything to me. I felt the value of the experience was well worth the cost she charged. The sound bath yoga was intentional and appropriate for all the levels of yoga experience in my group. We decided to do a sunset yoga session followed by stargazing. The stargazing portion went beyond our expectations in so many ways! We observed celestial sights we have never in our lives saw! Her and Tyler have special equipment that allowed us also to capture some of these experiences in a time-lapsed video and in pictures in which she sent to us as well! I can not say enough about this excursion other than you are missing out if you do not give this a try during your stay in Zion. ~Kathi

We had an incredible cosmic flow experience that was deeply balancing, healing, and genuinely fun. The setting itself was stunning—the natural beauty of the canyon created a peaceful, grounding backdrop that made it easy to fully relax and be present. The session felt thoughtfully guided from start to finish, with a perfect blend of movement and mindful awareness. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and reconnected in a way that’s hard to put into words. What truly made the experience special was Jaechon, who was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her presence created a safe and supportive space that allowed us to fully engage and enjoy the journey. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and restorative experience in nature.

Awesome experience!!! I hosted a group in Zion this last weekend, decided to take the group to Cosmic Flow. There is nothing quite like this experience. Jaechon and Tyler do an awesome job making everyone feel comfortable, whether they are new to yoga or not-- and the setting speaks for itself. Afterwards, we did the stargazing experience which was an awesome bookend to the evening. Would highly recommend!
