Our tour guide, Kan Ma, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and explained everything in great detail, making every stop even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time on this 5-day Rocky Mountain tour, and his professionalism and friendly personality made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!!

Lodges/hotels booked for guests excellent. Tour guide- a wonderful person caring, compassionate and cooperative. Vehicle for transportation was good. Need to take care of food requirements of Indians in particular.

I went to all the famous scenic spots and participated in the most interesting activities. The hotel is also very comfortable. The beauty of the wilderness was breathtaking, and on top of all that, Kan, the tour guide for our small group of 12, was awesome. Though he doubled as the driver, he spent the time to explain the fun facts and other trivia to make the ride between stops more enjoyable. He even stopped at the side of the road whenever he spotted wild animals and when it was safe to do so, allowing the group to snap pictures of the animals up close in the safety of our bus. Excellent experience!

What started as a last-minute trip turned out to be one of the most enjoyable travel experiences I've had in a long time. I booked just two days before departure and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise, the customer service team responded incredibly quickly and professionally. From answering questions to coordinating with the tour guide, everything was organized and seamless. One feature I especially loved was the mobile app they provided—it allowed me to select my seat in advance and even track the vehicle's location in real time. For someone who just wants to relax and enjoy the trip without worrying about logistics, it was perfect. The itinerary itself was thoughtfully designed. Rather than rushing from one attraction to another, the journey unfolded naturally—from exploring the city, to experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Banff for the first time. Along the way, we were lucky enough to spot wildlife around unexpected corners, creating those unforgettable travel moments you can't plan for. The highlight was definitely getting up close to the glaciers. The scale and beauty were simply stunning, and no photo can truly capture the feeling of standing there in person. A special shout-out to our guide Geoff, who truly made the experience even better. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the Rockies, they shared fascinating stories, local history, wildlife facts, and hidden gems throughout the journey.

Kan Ma is a very friendly tour guide, he provides us with lots of great restaurants and he has tons of knowledge about Banff.

Just returned from an amazing tour to Banff and Jasper . It was a relaxing wonderful experience from start to end. Cris at the office was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions about the tour. Landon, our driver and guide did a great job driving and sharing his knowledge about the rockies. He was a pleasure to deal with on our entire trip. The itinerary was well planned, the accommodations were very good.

Very well operated tour. Good selection of sites, time allocated, punctuality. Quick response to queries from their office or guides. Very professional guides and drivers. Guide Jamie Xi was excellent. She gave great information, and spoke very clearly in English ( language I could understand). She was smiling, very polite and disciplined. Other guide Lisa was also good, disciplined and helpful. Both drivers were very good. One was Larry, other’s name I don’t remember.
