El día 9 de julio del presente año, fui con mi familia a este parque, lo cual fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un parque en México. Un guía llamado “FREDDY”, en la trajinera llamada XAILING todo el trayecto no paro de decir vulgaridades, humillando a los clientes, haciendo bromas incitando la pornografía infantil. No puedo creer que el parque tenga este tipo de gente laborando, es increíble que suceda esto con menores de edad y ambiente familiar, no es una cantina de quinta, es un parque el cual es familiar y hay niños. Me contuve de no agredir al simio de Freddy para no causar pánico con los papas de mi esposa, pero definitivamente se tiene que hacer algo al respecto con este tipo de parques. Si eres una persona la cual le gusta que la humillen, este parque es para ti, si eres una persona la cual permita que sus hijos menores de edad escuchen bromas de pornografía infantil, este parque es para ti, de lo contrario no desperdicies tu dinero aquí y tu tiempo, no vale la pena. Esto no se va a quedar así, ya que promover la pornografía infantil con bromas es un delito. Our staff have uniforms and gafets from the company We can't control what other customer say, but if they do something out of line, they get taken out of the entire tour The review did not experience our service, there is no record in Viator nor Tripadvisor from this Customer
We had a blast! Our guide was so much fun from the start. The food tasting was perfect. The music superb. We laughed, danced, mingled and all in all I believe the logistics required to pull this off are worth the price. Highly recommended for all ages!

I liked the experience, the food is nothing like what they present in their promotional, from start totopos, one tablespoon of guacamole another of chapuline beans and Mexican sauce??? It can improve, the Mood actually you do h your guide to me touched me a sniper guide Hector and we had a lot of fun

Beyond expectations! The bus I took was smaller and our hosts were awesome and attentive! I left my debit card behind in the bus and he came back to my hotel!!! I think his name was Jaime lol but anyway lifesaver.

I was on a night walk in Xoximilco, Cancun, the place is very nice, you get on a boat, typically decorated and named after Mexican cities, all very nice and colorful. The trip lasts almost 3 hours and is super fun, they offer you dinner, drinks and you can even dance in the boat.
Beautiful excellent Service, very cheerful and traditional, food, drink and perfect entertainment do not stop going we attended ruben and jerson the kindest and funniest people certainly the best experience
Went in September and had a great time with my family. Food was good and the music was a lot of fun. Will go back the next time we are in Cancun
