The tour was wonderful! Alan and his crew were super friendly and welcoming. A local guide is definitely the best way to get the full history of the island and Xochimilco. A stop to meet some Axolotls was an unexpected (but very welcome) bonus. Thank you Alan, Adrian and Bryan. Respect the island, protect the Axolotls🫡
Miscommunication to their end. People didn't show up.
We had a great guide and a pretty boat ride. The island is creepy but photogenic and you can walk around. You can get specific spots such as where lady Gaga’s music video was filmed pointed out. There were chips and drinks included.
My wife wanted to go to doll island. To be honest, it wasn't on my bucket list. However, this tour was fantastic from start to finish. Before the tour I had questions about the trip and communicated with Alan who was our guide. He was very friendly and helpful. The tour was very interesting and fun. Alan knew a lot about Xochimilco and the canals. He also knew a lot about Doll Island. It was an unforgettable experience. I would recommend someone who wants to spend a lot of fun and special time.
This tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Everything was well organized, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. Our guide Alan Flores was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, which made the experience even more engaging. We learned so much while also having a lot of fun, and the pace was perfect—never rushed, never boring. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting. Worth every minute and every penny!
