Neither did I, because only informed that the tickets for the tours are not part of the amounts paid after the purchase.

The address for the meeting place was wrong and I missed the tour
We are sorry to hear that you missed the tour. However, the meeting point address was correctly provided in the booking details, along with a clear description of the meeting point to help guests locate our staff. We would also like to clarify that a refund had already been processed by us.
They changed the time of the tour, notifying us on WhatsApp which we don’t use. We never got the message and they would not refund the tickets. This is an exterior tour. You can get the same tour in 15 minutes on your own. Don’t waste the money. There is a reason this trip is non refundable and non cancellable.

First, regarding the schedule change: your tour was originally scheduled for 10:30 AM, with a requested arrival time of 10:15 AM. We contacted you one day in advance via WhatsApp and asked you to arrive at 10:00 AM instead — a change of only 15 minutes. The message was successfully delivered to the WhatsApp number provided with your booking. You then contacted us at 10:31 AM, after the scheduled start time of the tour, stating that you had arrived. Unfortunately, by that time, the tour had already started. More importantly, your statement that we "would not refund the tickets" is simply incorrect. You did receive a refund for your booking. As for the nature of the experience, this is clearly advertised as an exterior tour. The product title and description clearly state that it is an "Exterior Experience in Rome," so guests are fully informed about what is included before booking. We always respect genuine feedback, but we also believe it is important to clarify the facts for future travelers. In this case, you were notified in advance of a 15-minute adjustment to the meeting time, the message was successfully delivered, and your booking was ultimately refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tour. It was merely a tour outside the Colosseum. Although the guide was friendly, engaged, and did a good job with the tour, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. It was particularly annoying that children also had to pay the full price, even though admission to the Colosseum is free for children. There was no discount at all, even for our 7-year-old son. Our tip: You should rather buy the tickets directly at the box office for 18 €. Children do not pay admission there, and the line was not particularly long during our visit.

First I believed that the tour included the tickets, after the purchase I received the info that, not including the tickets, could not cancel the purchase without losing the pafo value, and that the presentation would be in English language that did not dominó. We stayed 50 minutes in the sun at almost 40 degrees looking at the Coliseum from the outside listening to a lot of information available on the internet. So far I have not received a tax note of payment. It was horrible. I do not recommend

Terrible experience! Booked through Trip Advisor who arranged with Arena Yours. Was booked for a 0930. Time came and went. NO ONE from Arena Tours had any identifying shirts or a flag. Made it hard to find out who was were supposed to meet with. All the other operators we questioned (who had identification and THEY did not know who was with Arena). Finally, found a guy handing out water who directed us to a gentleman had a sign but was sitting on a rock near the metro. At 930 the young lady tour guide we were assigned took our info. At 945, was told that we were delayed and that Trip Advisor said that we should have been informed, and it would be a few minutes more mostly likely 1000. 950 the Operations Manager Maxwell Karpazian told us that we would be delayed to 1015. 1015 we ask what is the delay, he said we should have been advised that we were to start at 1030. I asked then why would they not advise us at 930 because we had another tour scheduled after the one with them. Maxwell blamed it on Trip Advisor, told us nothing he could do. Had to leave to make the next trip. At 1025, no one from 1030 group was there when they should have been there at 1015. We could not be delayed past 1030 in order to make the next trip. USed Viator for 5 other experience, and Tiquet for one other. Fantastic experiences in Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano with those operators. Buyer beware with Trip Advisor and their partner Arena Tours.
Your review contains several inaccurate statements that we need to correct. At no point did anyone from Arena Tours blame Tripadvisor or Viator for the schedule change. As soon as we were informed of the updated departure time, we made several attempts to contact you on the phone number provided with your booking the day before the tour, but there was no answer. We then sent you a message informing you that the tour had been rescheduled to 10:15 AM. When you arrived, our staff informed you of the updated departure time. Unfortunately, you decided to leave because you had another activity scheduled. We understand that this was inconvenient, but the claim that no one informed you is simply not correct. Regarding the meeting point, our representatives are present at the designated location before every tour with an Arena Tours sign, and our staff also assisted you once you arrived. We stand by the accuracy of our communication and the service we provide to our guests.
This tour was amazing!! We had the lovely Milo as our tour guide and he was truly so knowledgeable and had a real passion for history! Me and my friend came out of the tour feeling inspired to learn my of the Roman history and would highly recommend booking this tour! The exterior tour I believe was better as you were able to take your time and milo was able to explain more about the colosseum! Thank you Milo!
